Stopped in for a coffee the other day, waited at least 3 minutes for the barista to acknowledge us (there was no one other than her friend in the store)
Never even acknowledged our presence and we ended up walking out.
Sadly this isn't an anomaly and has happened several times before. It's a shame, decent coffee and pastries (overpriced, but still), but the worst customer service I've ever experienced

I’m so happy to be back at Saturdays! I recently moved to LA, but I’m here for a month and had to stop by—this place has always been a favorite because of the backyard and coffee. I met Kevin, and he really made my visit special. He’s super friendly, respectful, and full of great energy. It felt like he was hosting us, and I even saw him helping out the barista to keep things running smoothly. The new leadership is definitely a great change. Thanks for keeping Saturdays amazing. I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in town!

Tyler was really cool, stopped in on vacation and he had some great recommendations helping me find the right shirts.
Aiden was super helpful! The staff is having to manage grabbing sizes outside and downstairs (as things aren’t kept on the floor due to space with the cafe), the cash register, fitting rooms and helping people shop - but they managed it and with a smile. I imagine one more person on the floor would help a lot.Loved that I was able to get each piece I saw online, will be back

After years of being a loyal customer for coffee and shopping here, I was extremely disappointed by my recent visit at the cafe. Yesterday morning, I stopped by with a friend for a coffee. The barista at checkout seemed indifferent and unfriendly, and when we didn't leave a tip for her for our takeaway coffee, her demeanor turned hostile. The sudden shift in attitude was unsettling. She yelled across the store and demanded for a tip and slammed down our coffee, which appeared rushed and incomplete. We felt extremely disheartened and unwelcomed. As someone who has been a fan of this brand in NY for over a decade, I won't be returning or recommending this place after this hostile encounter with this barista.

Just wanted to say what exceptional customer service I had with the store manager Aiden. He was very professional and accommodating my needs which couldn’t be satisfied online. Would recommend not only the products but a visit to the store
