About as bad as it gets. Flies in the air. Disheveled looking organization. A used-car salesman frontman will slap pans with his spatula to indicate which pans he's talking about to customers, while herding them like sheep via his manner of speech. Expressions are hostile and words are condescending. The other guy there will ensure you understand there are NO free refills on drinks, if he catches you asking the drinks lady. Speaking of which, the lady there (who has the best hospitality of the three) will frown at you if you start to speak in her language and tell her you have the same cultural origin; how sweet. Overpriced, dilapidated pizza and thievery via drinks. Avoid at all costs. Respect yourself.

Ideal for a small snack in between meals. A piece of New York with an Italian touch.

All in all the food is good, obviously nothing to do with Italian pizza or pasta... let's start with the pizza, good for an American pizza, with $13.99 they give you two slices and a drink, the pasta with the second course instead at $14.99 including drink.
The pasta was very, very cooked, with a decent sauce. All in all it's a must try if you're in downtown Manhattan.

We visited in July 2024.

Stromboli was very good, as well as the ambiance. It was very humid out and they had huge fans blowing inside. A bit pricey though, from memory, compared to other Sbarro locations. Maybe it's the NYC premium?

As we were ordering, a homeless guy (he didn't look homeless), asked us for food/money saying he was starving (he didn't look as if he was starving). The employee taking our order (older, short Asian man) knew him and gave him resources to get food from, saying he can't be harassing customers in a business. The employee was very polite and thanked us as we left. Give that man a raise!!

A chain restaurant where you can easily enjoy New York-style pizza, perfect for when you're busy or hungry. The pizza slices are large and filling, and the classic cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza are popular. The thin dough is topped with plenty of cheese, making it simple but very satisfying. Salads and pasta are also on the menu, so it's nice to have a variety of choices. The prices are reasonable, so if you're in New York, be sure to stop by.

Dave Portnoy said it was overrated and overpriced. 3.2 stars

Pizza was amateur at best. Does not represent New York pizza . They are using cheap ingredients and the crust needs help . Over priced at $6 a slice and $3 for water . You might as well go to a $1 pizza spot because it’s the same cheap ingredients. Disappointed .
