This is one of the most wonderful places in NYC. The ambiance and service is so welcoming and wonderful. Great place to create family memories. We do the "Regional Tasting" and it is out of this world. Every dish is delicious. We absolutely will not miss a meal here when we come to NYC.
Absolutely one of the best restaurants in NYC. Excellent food, well prepared and brought to the table with elegance. A caution, even with each carefully prepared offering and only two courses, we all felt there was almost too much (of a good thing?). A unique aspect is the two-sided menu, appetizer course on the left and the main course on the right. But to us either side could have easily been a main course with at least four small plates in-between (plus bread) that were not...
A repeat customer -- each time a wonderful culinary experience. A hidden gem with artfully prepared (but not flashy) dishes, a refuge for the fewer and fewer people in NYC who actually understand great cooking rather and want to have nothing to do with places with loud thumping music and overpriced, mediocre, and just plain illogical offerings.
