I just stop in before my show and I had the best cookies and the best experience! The two working behind the counter were an amazing. Answered all my question and even gave me great suggestions of cookies! The stay gold cookie was amazing but the star of the show was the honeysuckle Blondie! Best cookies in NYC and a wonderful staff! 10 out of 10!!!!

As a huge cookie fan who has tried them all, I can confidently say that Schmackary’s is top-tier! I got an assortment of six, and each one was uniquely delicious. They had the perfect balance of chewiness with slightly crispy edges—exactly how a great cookie should be. My favorite was the red velvet, but every flavor had its own standout qualities. If you’re in Manhattan and love cookies, this spot is a must-visit!

We had been longtime fans and make a special trip here each time we visit NYC, but the last couple times have been disappointing. Despite what selections they show on their website, the actual store selections have been much more limited. Combine this with the fact that the staff seems like they don’t really want to be there, and it leaves a less than great impression. We’ll be shopping around for an alternative NYC option next time we are here.
