I eat from this location at least once a week and the food and service is always great. Please don't change up the staff here, they are so friendly and do an awesome job. The food is always fresh and delicious, from the burgers to the salads. During lunch it gets busy so I recommend ordering pick up.

This is an unpretentious place to get a decent burger and fries. The burgers are cooked to order and with the toppings you want. It was fairly quiet while we were there (about 7pm on a Fri night) and it was lovely.

Burgers were good. Gluten free buns were pretty good according to the gluten free people in our group. Regular fries were good. Potato fries were soggy and the maple dipping sauce was strange tasting. Prices were I guess okay for Manhattan. Five burgers, two regular fries, one sweet potato fry, three fountain drinks, two lemonades, one beer. Total $100 and I gave 10% tip because you have to order your food at counter and pick up your food and clean up. Maybe I should have made it 5% now that I think about it.

Came here for dinner and the food was really good. I got the grilled cheese with fries and my boyfriend got the chicken strips and fries. It is great that they have a lot of gluten free options. The food was ready quickly. It was super quiet in the restaurant. Not many customers at all and no music playing. Very quiet and casual dinner.

Burger was cold to the touch, excessively greasy, fries were also cold and flavorless. Over all very expensive for the quality of food. Note I did eat in the restaurant. McDonald’s has this place beat.

This review is for the Lexington and 51st Schnippers. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with regular fries and fountain drink. Asked the guy working the counter if they have a combo special. He said no so my order was all a la cart. While eating my meal I see they do, in fact, have a schnippers special. Bring that up at the counter to someone after my meal and am told there’s nothing they can do because I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and not the cheeseburger special add bacon. Now I accept partial responsibility for not studying the menu a little harder and it’s only $5 but it’s the principle. I don’t even blame the guy at the counter. Maybe he’s new and didn’t know? Just don’t think I can go back after that. Kinda left feeling taken advantage of. Shame too, because the burger and fries were pretty tasty…

I had eaten here for dinner. There wasn't a long wait, and the eatery had plenty of tables available. I thought the interaction with the staff to be a pleasant experience.I purchased a burger that came with tomato, onion, and pickles. The burger wasn't thrilling, but the fries were good.

Solid burgers (Classic), amazing mango lemonade, though fries pretty dry and chicken fingers nothing special.Nice neighborhood option for upscale fast food.

Stopped here on our way back to our hotel. Had the crispy chicken sandwich with fries. Cheese fries and chicken strips. The breading the strips and chicken sandwich had no flavor. Literally like cardboard. Fries just like any other place. Not even salted. Nothing special. Would not recommend to anyone.

The food was. good. The burger was hot, the fries were crispy. The chicken fingers were crispy and tender. The shake was thick and flavorful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't sleep on this place. It's a gem!Vegetarian options: The Impossible Burger was delicious

I've eaten here several times before and it was okay, if pricey for what you get. But today (and I'm still sitting here as I post this) was appalling. When asked how you want the burger cooked and you say well done because you want the burger meat fully cooked through, that doesn't mean you want the bacon cremated like charcoal. Bizarre. Never happened before; maybe they have a new chef who is a bit stupid? Also a long wait whilst they prepare delivery orders, so it's hardly fast food. I'll be sticking to BK or Wendy's in future, at least they don't cremate the bacon when you have a bacon burger.
