Great happy hour options from 4-6pm with oysters @ $1.50 and a couple limited drink choices.Their fish selection with sides (@ ~$30-35) is a great dinner option, with nice veg.The fish and chips was nicely battered, with crispy thin fries. Our dinner date said the lobsters rolls were also delicious.

Lovely little restaurant. We had the Clam Chowder, Shrimp Tacos, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and the Scallops... everything was fresh, delicious, and aesthetically pleasing!! The staff was attentive and welcoming. It's a really great spot tucked away on a corner in Chelsea. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu ... yummmm!!?

The food was really good, the wait staff was friendly and attentive. Prices for the area was pretty decent and standard. The tuna poke was really good esp with the tortilla chips. Oysters on offer were a bit

The establishment itself was very clean, and the atmosphere was nice. However, I don't think I'll be returning. When I ordered the tacos, I chose the $18 option from the menu, and the waiter didn't mention that it would be an extra $7. I also didn't request any extras. When the food arrived, I naturally assumed that I would be getting three tacos for the $18 price because the waiter didn't give me any notice otherwise. But when I later checked the receipt, the tacos were already priced with the addition. I paid it since I had already eaten, but it left me feeling quite uncomfortable because it wasn't something I had asked for. Moreover, my friend had already settled the bill, so I wasn't sure what had been added, but when I calculated, I found an extra $5. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I can't understand why they would add money without the customer's knowledge. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Went in for dinner tonight. Had apps (buffalo shrimp and spicy yellowtail with rice cake both good) then my husband and I ordered Fish and chips and it was not edible. We found out they use skate and it's horrible. It was rubbery and just a piece of membrane. So disgusting. Both orders of fish and chips were sent back. We will never be returning.

Went last Wednesday evening, we were two of party of 5, and arrived 5:45 for a 6 pm reservation. We had to ask twice for drinks, while we were waiting for the other parties to show up, then it took a long time to get our drinks for dinner. The manger was less than helpful. Training is needed for staff. Music was so loud, which forced everyone to yell. Food was very good.

We joined friends for a light dinner before a performance at the neighboring Joyce Theater. Our first server filled our water glasses and then never returned to our table. Another server eventually arrived after we asked what we presumed was the manager to have someone come and take our order. Our server was pleasant enough and seemed amenable to getting our orders to the table so that we'd have plenty of time in advance of the show (we arrived 1.25 hours in advance of showtime). Our table of 5 just ordered a collection of starter dishes, three of which were relatively simple salads. Two of our party ordered a glass of wine each. The bar wasn't busy at all but the wine took at least 20 minutes to arrive. Our simple food order took nearly 40 minutes to arrive and we had to check a couple of times with the manager as we could not get the attention of our server despite the fact that the restaurant was only moderately busy. Our food was okay but our appetizer salads were stuffed into bowls that were far too small making it a challenge to eat without spilling the contents on to the table. Our fries were fine (but really, who screws up french fries?). I can't comment on the entree meals but there was nothing particularly noteworthy about our starter meals. The restaurant has a clean and contemporary appearance but is very loud and cramped. It was a hot day and several of our party were feeling the heat (sliding window panels were open and ceiling fans were on but this was not enough to make it comfortable on this particularly hot day). We've visited plenty of smaller restaurants around NYC and nearly all of them had pretty decent if not excellent service and in many cases exceeded our food expectations both in preparation and presentation. Seamore's is a notable exception for a fairly new NYC restaurant. Exceptionally poor service, no apparent management, cramped tables (do not take a table in the middle of the restaurant), and a run-of-the mill food experience. Avoid this restaurant unless you have no issue with exceedingly slow service (even when it's not particularly busy) and have no problem paying a premium price for decent but otherwise pretty average food. The very substandard service may be a consequence of the difficulty restaurants are having getting qualified front of house staff. The owners should nonetheless do themselves a favor and replace pretty much all the managerial and wait staff in this restaurant. Couldn't be much worse than what's already there.

Came here for brunch at 11:15am on a Saturday and we were the first people at the restaurant. I loved the ambiance and the food! At around 1pm the restaurant was at about 70% capacity, so you could easily walk in for brunch without a reservation. This spot is a hidden gem ?

Not bad. The interior is cute and there's a lot of the variety on the menu. I decided to come by just for a quick bite. The oysters were fresh, but they were shucked somewhat poorly. There were bits of shell in each oyster. The service was a bit slow and for $3 an oyster, I probably wouldn't return back here.
