I think service in a restaurant is extremely important. As the service here was so terrible I think it ruined my entire experience here. Saw the server to take our order. Never came back to ask if we wanted additional drinks. I asked a busboy for more water. He passed it on to a different server who gave me the dirtiest look. She looked around for our server and not finding her, she very reluctantly brought over water. The server who came at the end was not our original server but was truly the only pleasant employee other than the front desk that we encountered.

My husband and I split the fish and chips as we weren't super hungry. It was very good!! Generous portion. Not greasy!!! Perfect preparation!!

Great location and ambience. Food and service were average. Our waitress must have had something come up, because she left in the middle of serving us at our table. I am sure there was a good explanation, but no one told us. The other wait staff filled in, but we sat there for a good bit of time with no one offering to fill our glasses with water. Will find another Irish Restaurant to try next time.

Just a great place! Atmosphere is like a pub - very welcoming - and the food is like what you would find in a fine restaurant - fresh and carefully selected ingredients and expertly prepared. Went once by luck, returned twice more in our one week visit to NYC

Good food, vibrant atmosphere, pleasant and welcoming staff. My only complaint was that the main meals were brought to the table whilst a starter was still being eaten.

We were seated promptly during a very busy and full evening dinner hour. We placed our order and our food arrived in a timely manner and was so good! The Quinoa burger was hands down the best thing ever and I would return just to order it again. Sean's Lager hit the spot as well. Great Irish pub!!

Perfect for a pre Radio City show. Food was cooked perfectly to all of our likings. We will definitely go back.

Great store! We were there almost every evening on our trip and it was noticed, so we even got something out. We tried 10-15 beers from the large beer menu and chose exactly the right ones for our taste!

Crooks who, when you’ll tell them that they are will say « yes, we are crooks ». I live in US for a few months now but my friend who’s just here visiting ordered a beer saw on the beer menu. The worst bartender of NY then made him pay the 20% gratuity BEFORE asking for the tip. My friend didn’t have the choice to tip him or not, the bartender chose to give himself 20%. When we tell him and the owner, they say that it was written on the menu. Indeed it is but not on the only menu they gave us: the beer menu. When I explain it to the owner he says that if I live in the US I should now how it works but then says that indeed the gratuity is not obligatory. When I leave and say that he’s a crook and they are used to rip of tourists, he assumes it. The bartender acted like he was at the head of the mafia while he’s just a crook, as his boss. Bonus: the atmosphere was terrible, it was the worst Irish pub in Times Square

We loved this place! We tried a few pitchers of the house beer and they were all delicious. The bartenders are fast and friendly.

Perfect place for a casual dinner on Christmas Eve. Walked in and sat in their comfortable and spacious 2nd floor. Loved the holiday ambience and that it was not obnoxiously crowded. NY strip and sides were cooked and seasoned just right. Service was a bit lacking but expected in the bar-like atmosphere. You have to be proactive if you want your food or check, but they'll take care of it just fine if you ask.
