The food was good, but we didn't think it was anything special. The cocktails followed suit. We had the enchiladas suiza ($26) and cochinita pibil ($32), which seemed like small portions especially considering they didn't come with any sides. A small bowl of rice or beans was $6 each. We asked for hot sauce with our guacamole and were charged $5 for a tiny serving. The bottom line is we felt it was overpriced and ended up with a bill over $200 for the two of us....
My friends and I planned to go to dinner at a neighboring place but they were closed for a private event. So we decided to meet here instead. Best. Idea. Ever. I'm picky about Mexican food. The drinks were good. The food was interesting as the menu was recently changed and we couldn't order the stuff we saw on Google. We ordered the lobster caveche and while it was decent, it wasn't as fulfilling as we would have liked it to be.
