So I didn’t notice it was all vegan at first and then I did and damn I wanted to have it all! I got the dark chocolate halva and was stunned. Sampled the hot chocolate that was also great. The soft serve was ! Wow! Go check this place out.

Amongst all of the delicious looking food at the Chelsea market this beautiful kiosk caught my eye and stopped me in my tracks. My mission to find the one best thing I was going to treat myself to had presented itself.
I ordered the tahini sundae from the delightful gentleman. He artfully assembled the sundae as if mine was the only one he had made that day even though he had made ten before me and I couldn't see the end of the line after me.
It. Was. Out. If. This. world.
As he drizzled the tahini on top he asked if I'd like the chocolate tahini as well. Um, yes please. Would I like the spicy honey also. Absolutely. What about the sea salt he asked. Yup! I wanted all of it.
I told myself I was only going to have half of it. Who was I kidding? As soon as I took my first bite I was committed to eating every last delicious morsel.
I savoured it, wishing it was never going to end. It was one of the best things I've savoured in my life.
You have to go get this now.
I'm in NYC for two more days and plan on going back the moment I have a chance.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. My husband and I have been there twice, and each time we’ve been blown away by the halva options. So far, we’ve tried the ice cream sundae, along with a variety of halva flavors including: tart cherry, peanut butter, coffee, orange chocolate, rosemary almond, and ginger. Everything has been fantastic.
The sundae is a must try! It’s a perfect balance of creamy, crunchy, and unique flavors that you won’t find anywhere else. As for the halva, it has this beautiful texture that’s both creamy and flaky, with just the right amount of crunch. The fruit halvas were standouts for me, offering a refreshing contrast to the rich, nutty tahini. While the orange chocolate halva is my personal favorite, the tart cherry and coffee flavors were also absolutely amazing.
Overall, I can’t recommend Seed + Mill enough!
