I love this place. The oyster happy hour is unbeatable and a fantastic deal for the quality you get. The playful martinis are all excellent complements and the setup is pretty. Can get notably loud.

We had a hankering for small bites and cocktails and came upon this place as we did a Google search of what was near the hotel we were staying at. It was packed with a 25 minute wait but the hostess showed us a couple of tables thay were free in the back near the kitchen. We were totally fine with it as it wasn't too loud. We ordered oysters I had the hunter and hubby had the one delancy. I absolutely loved the hunter that I ordered 2. We also ended up ordering a lobster roll to share which was good. We loved the fries! The service was wonderful and the waiters were attentive (I suppose it helped being that close to the kitchen). They gave us a complimentary chocolate mousse desert which was unexpected and wonderful! I would definitely come here again if I'm back visiting NYC. I'm still dreaming of the hunter cocktail!

Although from the outside the place in not so clearly visible it was a great vibe inside. The food was good too. We had the oyster roasted chicken and it did disappoint! Morgan was excellent and made it all that better for us! - Marina and Yasser!

Visiting from the west coast and had to stop by my old LES haunt for some oysters and a cocktail before heading to the airport. The food and staff do not disappoint and the newly designed space and menu were delightful as were the staff. Wishing I could put y’all in my pocket and take you home with me but alas I shall have to wait until my next trip back east. Until then farewell my loves ❤️

I consistently visit for happy hour oysters when in NYC. Today, Morgan at the bar provided an excellent experience, crafting some incredibly delicious cocktails.

We dined here when they still had outdoor dining seats and it was just completely disappointing. We didn't feel safe eating outside since it was a busy street. The traffic at the intersection was super loud. The food was mid. The fries were disappointing. Service was terrible since we sat all the way at the last outdoor table.

Great people honestly! I was very impressed by the staff, their friendliness and professionalism. Morgan is the best!

This place used to be amazing. Loud music, great food and larger portions. Now all I see is an upper east side disappoinment, downtown. Gone are the lobster rolls, drag shows and happy hour oysters. Today, it's white tablecloths and an overpriced menu of tiny food no one wants. It was empty when I went. I was embarrassed for them. If you like the old drinks, have no fear. They will serve you half drink with purple whipped cream to top off the day and charge you double for the privilege. Thumbs down.

Stumbled upon this gem, and can’t wait to return! I haven’t been to the city since pre-Covid- and made reservations online with an oyster bar for happy hour- only to get there and it’s no longer in existence- i asked Google for “oysters near me” and it directed me to two- Sel Rrose happened to be in the direction of our next stop- we were thankfully surprised- great atmosphere, the staff was knowledgeable and made killer cocktails! Best Bourbon Manhattan I’ve had! As a chef, I’m picky, the oysters were fresh! The cucumber mignonette was refreshing with the sweet petites! And the bread service was anything but boring! Highly recommend!

The simplicity of this place is beautiful. I had a martini and the razor clams, and both were shockingly good. And the only reason they were shocking, is because those two items are typically not something that raise eyebrows.

Had a blast at this restaurant last Friday! The oysters were amazing, and the cocktails were spot-on. The service was top-notch, and since there was a wait, they hooked us up with some complimentary bread. The owner, He Ty, was super accommodating for our big group. Can't wait to go back! ???
