I tried the mushroom sandwich, and it was decent (not bad!), but the chicken sandwich definitely seemed to be the better choice. Overall, nothing special, except for the prices, which were very affordable.

I really like the food and coffee here, but the service is so frustratingly slow that I don't go nearly as often as I would otherwise. For example, today I ordered two sandwiches and two coffees for pickup on Grubhub at 10:20am and didn't receive the order until 11:10am. I would say the wait time when I order in person is similar (though faster when I only order coffee).
I don't think this is the employees' fault, because they're always working really fast and efficiently. I hope management is able to hire more people to help out, especially in the kitchen, or figure out some other way to get the wait time down.

it was my first time at this location and i was a bit disappointed because their sandwiches in jersey city location taste way better. overall the place is cool, its pretty big for nyc standards!
I came to this place with my sister who is 8 month pregnant and her 6year old daughter. We really like this cute cafe from the outside and decided to get a coffee. But we were very disappointed and my sister was very upset at the stuff cuz they were very rude towards her. She was ordering drinks for us and snacks for her daughter, the cashier guy was extremely rude and was acting like he was giving us a favor taking our order. When we finished ordering and start paying he says rudely to my pregnant sister to hurry up and move faster since there was one guy standing behind us. He was rushing us for that one guy behind us and got all our order wrong! And the cafe was empty and not busy, maybe one or two people sitting inside. There was also another cashier working, taller guy, I had to complain to him about his rude coworker and that all our order got wrong and he end up fixing our order and drinks. We never going back to this place again.

All electrical outlets are covered so don’t think about grabbing a coffee & a bite while bringing your laptop and working from here unless you have battery! Also music is super loud hard to take any calls. Personally I like the Jersey City location quality of food much better.
