An exceptional dining experience. The moment you step in, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth that makes you feel instantly at ease. The service is refined, attentive, and heartfelt. And the food… wowww!!! Simply exquisite, every dish crafted with remarkable care and flavor.
Everything was flawless. A place you’re always happy to return to.
And a special mention to the manager — a truly gracious, attentive, and radiant woman who makes the whole experience even more memorable.

El risotto y la ensalada caprese estuvieron excelentes, pero yo diría que lo que los distingue es el servicio. Excelentes meseros!! Gracias.
My friend went on her 16th birthday trip to NYC with her mother over the past weekend and got recommended this restaurant. She went to the broadway location and they were extremely disappointed. They explained that the restaurant was filthy and the washroom was very unhygienic. They got seated fairly quickly with reservations. She explained that the waiter who served them came off as rude and disrespectful. The atomosphere was uncomfortable with a cold draft - the door was left open during their entire meal there and had to keep their winter gear on (jackets, hats, scarves, etc). Overall the experience was unlikeable, and my friend is devastated, we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone else.

The food was just OKthis time. I had the meatball appetizer and it was very dry and not very flavorful. The Cezar salad was fine. And the calamari was good. Service was very busy and my meal came before my glass of water and ice tea. Also had to seek out our server to pay. Lunch on a Saturday is very hectic. Not my best meal at the usually good Sarafina.
Beutiful people , and also exellent food

Bar was great the lobster ravioli was too salty. There was no bread. Expensive for what it was.
The pappardelle short rib was AMAZING. Highly recommend, it just melts in your mouth!! The pizza (Bianca) was a cream base, both nice & rich.

Sat at a “hidden” table near the host. Ordered only the kale salad — it was decent but lacked flavor. What ruined the experience was realizing, toward the end, that the tablecloth hanging over my lap was stained with tomato sauce. Absolutely unacceptable. I was disgusted when I saw it, and the staff didn’t seem to care or react to the lack of cleanliness.

I was there with out of town friends. Our waiter Jonathan was so fantastic they said that he wa the best server they have ever had. He also got the chef to prepare an old menu item that I used to love that wasn't on the menu anymore. It was just fantastic all around.

They don't have non-alcohol beer. Mediocre soggy-crust pizza. There are dozens of alternatives within a 5-minute walk. Fail.

The place itself is lovely with a welcoming vibe, and the service was top-notch. I tried the avocado toast, which looked great but had a bit too much going on flavor-wise for something that should feel simple and fresh. I’d come back if they improve the menu a bit.

The food was decent, but the service was very very slow, it was ridiculous. We waited for so long for our appetizers. Everyone that came in after us got their food before us. They even finished their food before we got our main dishes. We would rather leave and get food somewhere else. We would have been served faster.
