Serafina Italian Restaurant 77th Upper West

This is a wonderful neighborhood spot that I've been going to for years. Last night was an exceptional experience. A small birthday party for a friend from out of town. A great rose, incredible prosciutto with burrata, and the best eggplant parm I've ever had. Can't say enough about how good the food is and how lovely and consistent the restaurant is. I know it's part of a chain, but this location stands out above and beyond.

I've been here multiple times and I love it everytime. The food, the staff, the ambiance, the people. Good, kind, fun, absolutely amazing.

We sat outside and had a delightful evening. Our waitress was very sweet. The food was delicious but a little richer than we expected.

As always excellent in every way! Love the pizza and a perfect dinner before a show at the Beacon.

Very noisy, caused by the restaurant's loud music, mostly an annoying drumbeat. I won't return under such conditions

Serafina Upper West is a family favorite. No matter the choice, the food is always delicious . The wait staff work together to make your dining experience exceptional.

Service was a little too attentive, almost intrusive Main course arrived too long after appetizer plates cleared Special green pasta was under seasoned; too bland Banquette seating was too soft; needs to be restrung

Excellent meal before a show at the Beacon Theater. Michael was an excellent server (I hate that term).

It is my local favorite- whenever I have guests in from out of town, Serafina is my go to spot

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Serafina Upper West. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect for us to attend a concert at the Beacon Theater after the meal.

I have been to Sarafina many times, yesterday experience was disappointing. The food was below their average standards and we didn't enjoy many of the dishes we ordered. The pizza which I always order was subpar, the hamburgers no one liked.

Husband said it was the most delicious meatballs he's ever had anywhere. Cool NY interior with warm and attentive service. Everyone was kind. I had the most delicious shaved brussel sprout salad with apples and pomegranate seeds. Out of this world. Entrees were delicious. Can't recommend this place enough.

We dined early. The restaurant had few people in it, yet the waitress was often nowhere to be seen. My friend's Spaghetti was, I gather, fine, but Eggplant Parmesan was soaked in salt and much too small a portion for its size.

We loved our main server; the people who delivered the dishes were so nice; and the food was SO good. We tried a mix of specials and menu items - everything was delicious. Thank you for a lovely evening.
