They never turn on the air conditioning, the dirty bathrooms with urine everywhere even on the floor , it's always the same with that restaurant the manager does nothing to make customers feel comfortable and reliable. I never go back there.??

Food was delicious. Pasta Bolognese was incredible, as was the Branzino. We shared a salad which was large enough to enjoy between us. It was dressed perfectly. The profiteroles were also delicious. All in all, it was an enjoyable lunch.

The steak was very good! We had diner with 2 kids and 4 adults... the service could be a bit better, the forgot my daughter with drinks and were very fast in cleaning the table off plates.

A group of us picked this restaurant based on proximity to the Beacon Theater. Such a great find. The food was delicious, the service great and it is just 2 blocks away from our show . I would recommended this restaurant to anyone.

Out to dinner with my mom and sister on a Saturday night. We all enjoyed the appetizers: meatballs and caprese. Entrees were delicious and they accommodated small ingredient changes to help with diets. Dessert was amazing; I recommend the tiramisu and the nutella cake! The meal was rounded out with great cocktails too. I would go again for sure.

I always enjoy Serafina! Location is perfect when seeing a show at the beacon theater. Something on the menu for everyone and they easily accommodated my gluten free needs. Food was fresh and delicious. Atmosphere is cozy, I like that it's a bit lively and o love that is clearly a family friendly restaurant.

Waited at the door for a greeting, seated around uncleared tables, server was surly and indifferent and food was disappointing from start to finish. I used to say it’s not great on Mondays and I would go later in the week, but I think I have to be done with this restaurant. They really could not care less about their customers.

I made our reservation for 4 people in the Uber on the way to the restaurant. Our table was ready as soon as we arrived. The menu selections are super and the food was spectacular. Everyone was super happy with their meals! Very good, attentive service. Drinks are very expensive but they are everywhere in NYC so that's probably to be expected. It would be nice if they served bread with dinner and offered side salads. I would definitely recommend this location and hope to return on our next visit to New York.
