We had limited time and specifically asked the server if the pre fix menu could be served in that time. He said absolutely and told us he talked to the kitchen about it. 30 minutes later the appetizers arrived. Several minutes later he said the main course would be 1-2 minutes. Twice more, he or the manager would tell us “ a couple more minutes” and “4 more minutes”. We asked that the main and the dessert and the check all arrive at the same time as we had very little time left. Several more minutes pass and we tell the manager we cannot wait any longer and are happy to pay for our wine and the appetizers we ate. She charged us half the cost of the pre fix menu and we only got the appetizers. I will say the food we had was delicious and the place was very pretty.

I hadn't been here for a few years, since before they rebranded the space. It's nice space, the staff was great. The pasta that I had and my dinner companion had was honestly bad. Probably overcooked, or I don't know what. Which is very surprising since it's listed as “fresh pasta“ which I presume they're making downstairs. Very disappointing. I suppose I won't be back for a few years until they rebrand again. Although I will say the appetizers were good.

The Eataly rooftop garden is easily a respite from the hubbub of the city 16 floors below, and where they can take you away to another land, if only for a few hours. The service & ambience are beyond measure and the food is exquisite. My only reservation in not awarding the food 5 stars is the quantity for the price; I feel just a bit short-changed in that department. But overall it's still a worthwhile choice.

Food was delicious but the service was subpar. The server may as well be a ghost. He didn't like us asking the questions. When we were ready to order it was difficult to get his attention. Had to say "excuse me" after 20 min of being with the menu. Even then he said "so you have more questions for me?" Instead of asking if we are ready to order. The drinks arrived wayyy ahead without appetizers, which was served with mains. For the prices being charged, that was surprising order of food service. The busboy on the other hand was sooo helpful! He got us the black pepper and desert menus when he saw that we were trying to look for our server who might as well have left the earth at this point. The place was packed later so there was no getting any help but we went to dinner at 5:45 on a Tuesday, there were barely 8 tables full. I get it, service industry is difficult and restaurant management can be difficult but getting to take basic order or ask questions about dietary restrictions shouldn't be this difficult. The decor was nice, but that is not nice enough for me to be back here to not have a good experience for the price they charge and then expect 20% gratuity.

I simply love this place. I've come here with my friends and my daughters, and every time it's a positive experience. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, the desserts are a dream, and the bread is delicious. The sataf is very friendly, and the service is efficient.
Enjoyed a nice lunch with my girlfriend..we had the lunch special & it was delicious! Our cocktails were delicious as well. Nice waiter too. We were expecting the restaurant to be decorated for Fall, as it was last year at this time however they still have the lemon motif.

I love Eatily, so this was disappointing. First, it was very hard to find. The service was wonderful though. Food - one appetizer was just bread...The tuna appetizer was very fishy and not good....beef was good and pasta was good. Overall...OK - nothing special unfortunately
