Nice space but on an empty afternoon with half the tables open, they won’t seat you for antipasti and a coffee.

If you are looking for Amalfi Coast vibes this ain’t it. Super disappointing because everything else about Eataly is great.

Been to this rooftop years ago and again recently (June 2025) for the Amalfi pop up. Great service, beautiful decor, great drinks, and a good vibe. We were here very early. So it. Wasn't crowded yet. Tourists go here but if you go early before the crowd it's a nice spot to grab a rooftop drink on a nice day. Hot in the summer however. So, if you don't like heat, come during a cooler day.

Highly recommend this spot for a date night or lunch, food was delicious and server was friendly and makes night even better.
Xhesila was very friendly.

The place is really beautiful, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. I ordered pasta (I think it was supposed to be Bolognese), but it tasted more like ketchup with minced meat — like a bad version of sailor-style pasta. We also ordered two Hugo cocktails, and they were so sour it made our eyes water. On top of that, the restaurant was quite dirty inside, which really took away from the overall experience.

I’m shook that this place doesn’t have 5 stars. Food, drinks, service, atmosphere all 10/10. The tiramisu 25/10! Sooo good!

Natalie in the upstairs bar is a QUEEN! She was so warm and kind with her recommendations. If you are an espresso martini girlie try the Sicilian Breakfast! Such a fun spot!

Very disappointed experience. The restaurant was looking good and had good reviews, so me and my wife make reservation. Unfortunately we didn’t get our meal, we were waiting for our pasta for 45 minutes, and we just left.
They didn’t even try to hold us, they could make some complimentary food for long waiting, but instead they suggested to wait a little bit more.

The atmosphere is the amazing. The food was not worth the price. Had a fish that was burnt. Low quality food in amazing space.

This restaurant was the highlight of our New York trip. Our waitress Katherin made our evening! She was attentive, knowledgeable and fun ?
The food was amazing and the price on point for a restaurant of this caliber. It may seem expensive to anyone not familiar with this type of dining. We had the squash appetizer. I had the squash ravioli and my husband had the halibut. The masterpiece though was the Tiramisu, exquisite presentation and amongst the top 3 desserts I've ever had. Will not go to NY and not eat at this restaurant. Cannot recommend enough.
One downside, it's a rooftop restaurant but without a city view. This is more than compensated with the food and service.

Cold bread, no butter, bruschetta is disgusting, cheeses are rancid. Way way way overpriced for tiny portions. $4 for cold bread with no butter. Embarrassing.

Always go straight to the bar. Bartenders and servers are super attentive and the drinks couldn’t be better. I come back every time, they never disappoint.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was terrible - our host was indifferent and clearly didn’t care about the customers. There was no supervisor in sight to address the issues. On top of that, the restaurant was filthy, which made the whole experience even worse. Will definitely not be returning.
