The hostess was great. The service sucked. It took the them 15 minutes to get to us for our drinks.
My husband and I were dying to visit Hard Rock as it was one of our priorities visiting NY. We dined at Sessions which made the experience unforgettable! The food was tasty but took a while but the service is unmatched from the moment you walk in. Camila greeted us at the front and walked us through the magic of this place... We couldn’t ask for a more tailored experience!

Avoid the steak at Sessions. It was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve had — dry, hard, and completely flavorless. No sauce, no seasoning, nothing. At $56, it’s absolutely not worth it. Waited 50min! For a restaurant inside Hard Rock Hotel, this was a huge disappointment. I didn’t eat it!

Food not served as requested burger was cold unable to finish it. Been to many Hard Rock locations this was the worst experience
Just came back yesterday. Everything was amazing would definitely come back. Hotel is fairly new you come out of building to your right less than a block your at Times Square. You go left a block Fox News and Rockefeller plaza and 5th avenue are right there. It was hot several days so showers here at hotel was soo awesome for being sweaty. Bell ringers were so friendly and helpful. Spend the $ stay here! They did charge nightly incident fee but it fell off the day I left. Just book the place now and go to New York it was great! I went solo and have so many memories stay blessed!!!
Great service & the food was buffet style but still was superb. Good time and will definitely be coming back for sure.
This place is woefully understaffed. When we arrived it took 10 minutes for us to be greeted by the host. After we were seated we waited for 25 minutes without a waiter so much as looking our direction. We heard another waiter saying the kitchen was running slow and any food orders would “take some time.” We cut our losses and left.
The lay-out of this restaurant makes you feel like you are sitting in a hotel lobby with the front desk being so close to some of the dining tables. Hotel guests have to wheel through the restaurant to go in and out. Not a good vibe.

Service was outstanding! The club sandwich was ok. Needed more bacon on mine. All the turkey was in the middle of the sandwich. The avocado spread was a nice touch! A bit pricey for a club sandwich, but everyone enjoyed their meals
I love all Hard Rock Hotels! I appreciate the lifestyle from Hard Rock.
Very disappointing - the food was mediocre - bread on sandwiches not especially fresh, turkey club looked and tasted like compressed turkey roll, not fresh turkey, "home made" potato chips vinegary (menu should have said they were vinegar chips). Service pleasant but somewhat inattentive - wrong coffee, had to ask twice for other drinks. The area was pleasantly quiet, a rarity in restaurants these days.

Everything was nice, food okay. I had the lobster roll. A bit pricey considering amount of food was a small portion.
Great location but that is where the good time ends. Food expensive, cold or burnt, no in between. Service is slow and the staff’s general “I don’t care attitude” is disturbing. Alarms woke us up the night before we had to be up at 4 to fly and when we asked at the front desk, they simply told us we should have called down to the desk. The funny part was that the announcement said it was a false alarm and they were investigating twice over the intercom, so why call? Still does not dismiss the fact that I was exhausted this morning. Tenzin at the front desk just dismissed me and said “we didn’t hear anything about it”. I would have asked her to call maintenance and check had it not been for my lack of sleep and tardiness to JFK. Additionally, I would not recommend this hotel for families. Water pressure was nonexistent, no iron, refrigerator was a small draw and could not cool a ten ounce bottle of water. The room was clean but too small for two adults and one child. Oh and the front desk didn’t tell us we need reservations to eat at the hotel which included the restaurant on the 34th floor. We made plans to sit up there for a rest and a drink but couldn’t because t front desk did not give us the right time for my child to accompany us.
Food took a long time and was barely warm on arrival. The cinnamon roll was hard and not fresh. Bill was over $100 and not worth it.
We stayed in this hotel which was fantastic, the food menu was very small and limited choices, it closed at 9:45pm including the bar, we were asked if we wanted dessert mid way through our starter so obviously no idea at this point, my partners burger looked good however the lobster roll was awful, a brioche roll with the tiniest amount of lobster it was basically a plate of chips, really disappointing the worst hard rock we've ever eaten in
We had breakfast. Service was very slow. Food was just OK, not at all worth the price. We tried to go for a drink Friday night around 9:40, but we were warned last call was at 945. On a Friday night. In times square. They wanted us to go to the rooftop club, but we are not rooftop club people. We want a quiet lobby bar. Alas.
