They only take orders via touch pads, which takes more than double as long as if people would order directly on the cash register, I also had to wait quite a while for my order to be ready. Fast food? Not really

We tried these burgers just arrived in New York and they did not disappoint us. Carolina with crispy bacon melts in the mouth Z even the good parries

On our trip to USA we have fallen in love with the Shake Shacks, clean local, friendly staff, quality meat and good price. And the smoothies... spectacular.

Very good burgers, not great but good. It is ordered at the terminal and you collect your order. Maybe a complicated thing to sit down and eat, like almost every place in NYC. But advisable, I guess the whole chain eats just as well.

I popped in here for a light lunch prior to travelling back to my hotel. I was welcomed warmly, but I was unable to use the self order tablets due to not being able to type in a UK mobile number, so I went to the main till and was served quickly. The food was delivered to the table and they quickly brought the food over to me. Everything tasted lovely and was great value for money!

The best food of this holiday in Ny, we tried the Truffle Burger with Parmesan chips, too special not to try them! I preferred bread to many other burgers here in Ny. A bit crowded, but it was worth it.

Delicious food, as always in this chain. There is no refill for drinks, but I asked a guy and he kindly brought me a full glass. Right in front of the natural history museum.
