I have been to the USA several times and I had not decided to try these burgers. In Spain they were almost the same at the beginning of the TGB (not anymore).However, we encourage you to pay a visit to this place because it is close to the Museum. What success!Despite there being a LOT of people at 2:00 p.m., they served us some very delicious and beautiful burgers.It goes pretty fast. Of course, you must be on the lookout to get a table.The double burgers are delicious, juicy and very balanced in flavor. A little small, but delicious.There is a tap with cold water to serve yourself and bathrooms.

I VISITED SHAKE SHACK ON April,1st, and let me say the joke was on me! When I arrived there weren't many people waiting but as I stood there it started to get crowded Quickly people were getting annoyed and inpatient and when the orders finally started to be filled they placed your order on the counter where people could just walk up and touch and look at the food that's sitting waiting for pick up so if you're not watching anyone can take or touch your food... not only did I wait 45-1hr. As for my food, it wasn't even hot... I ordered two cheeseburgers two fried and one coffee shake not a big order at all ... yet I still waited 45min OH! And the kiosk order system didn't even give me my receipt!! I just had to stand there and Hope they received it ... SMH what a mess but in the worker's defense they looked overwhelmed and stressed and never answered anyone nasty or disrespectful...
