Some emotions came when I discovered that this small shake shack restaurant inside Madison square was the very first one of an amazing success story As always, amazing burgers, great team and best fries 🤩 Will definitely be back
The original and best Shake Shack. This never disappoints no matter what you order - it’s all delicious. Shack burger and crinkle fries are my go to and always excellent. Perfect setting too with all outdoor seating - especially in nice weather.
I went to Shake Shack for lunch with my parents, the one near Madison Square Park, and I had a great time, except for the fact that there weren't many places to sit, so we had to wait a bit. Anyway, I had a hot dog and fries, everything was really good, excellent, really good. I recommend it to everyone, go there, I recommend it, and have a great lunch ❤️!!!

Tip: use the self-order kiosks and skip the line
Staff were very disorganized (even arguing) and slow. Staff outside filling the station was incredibly rude while waiting for our order. Food was cold and milkshake was melted. I would highly suggest to visit other restaurants in the area over here.
Very good burgers (simple with few frills) in a beautiful location! We had dinner in the evening and it was very nice
Stopped here for lunch after visiting a near by attraction. Was skeptical about all the hype about their burgers and things. They made me a believer. If I was gonna try Shake Shack for the first time, I wanted it to be the original. Gotta say I was impressed. Everything was great, from the food and drinks to the service. Best part it was packed with people like on warmer days.

Like an eclipse of the frenzy of the streets, come and stroll in this park and the tables of Shake Shack will relax you for a few moments. A real break (burger, hot dog or even tea) in a busy day, the place is very beautiful and the atmosphere pleasant, I highly recommend!
