Shake Shack 1700 Broadway - 53rd & 7th

way too chaotic, the staff is doing their best but a few of the people before me in the pickup line complained about missing items from their order and when i got home i noticed they gave me a burger with bacon when i ordered a veggie burger so i basically wasted money. partially my fault for not checking earlier, but the space is too small and crowded that i just wanted to get out of there asap. not to mention the lack of seating…

I will begin by stating I don't believe any kind of racism was involved I am just adding gender and ethnic identity so the people involved can get credit or training. I walked into this establishment and noticed a line of people looking like they were at the DMV all waiting for there food . A Latino man smiled and asked if I was picking up 5 stars for him. I stated I was ordering I arrived at the counter and a white female was there I showed her a email from the liberty game which stated the offer of a hamburger for the purchase of a side. She stated that I needed a ticket from yesterdays game . But the email states ticket or email! I didn't argue I just walked out .shameful I had to purchase an item anyway. I have a update to this establishment after my review today 8/20/25 this shake shack responded the same day no company I reviewed has responded so quickly and apologized. that shows that this was an isolated incident. 5 stars for the management. And the shake shake team ! Update lol you won't believe this today was a second Chance for this shake shack there was another liberty game and I arrived at the same shake shack at 1700 Broadway 53st and the same female cashier ask me for a ticket ? To the liberty game when it AGAIN states ticket or email? It's starting to feel personal! Furthermore just to show I'm a equal opportunity complaint person when I walked into this establishment there was a black female with her back turned to customers at the register and she wouldn't turn around on my arrival that gave the white female time to come and once again deny me. I really want to give 5 stars to this establishment but they have some employee issues. Update: unfortunately management responded fast but wrong. unless I'm reading the ad wrong it once again STATES EMAIL OR Ticket I shared the ad on this review? Management still insist I needed to have a ticket?

My first ever taste of Shake Shack, was not disappointed. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I will say the food is pretty oily and greasy but I don’t mind it.

Hello, the Burger was good but the best Burger in the World was in Oberderdingen, Germany the Name of the Burger Restaurant is Streetfood 22!!! Go to Germany and try this Burger then you will understand me !!

Good is always yummy but no indoor seating. Had to stand up and eat at the window so not practical if you want to sit. But great option to grab and go.
