Literally the best shake shack I’ve ever been to. The service from Alex was amazing and the food was good as always. Would definitely recommend this location.
I ordered a veggie burger and bit into what I thought was an onion ring, only to find out it was bacon. I’ve never eaten meat, so this was not just disappointing — it was upsetting. When I told the staff, they didn’t seem to care about my feelings or respect my dietary choices at all. This place doesn’t take customers seriously. Don’t come back if you want your choices to be respected.

NEVER ORDERING FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese fries from Chicken Shack through Uber Eats at around 3:25 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my food until 4:39 PM, and it was cold upon arrival. This was disappointing, but an even bigger issue occurred when, after just two or three bites of the sandwich, I found a long curly strand of hair in my mouth. I was mortified and immediately spit the food out. Thankfully, Uber Eats is issuing me a refund for the sandwich, but I will never order from this location again.
