I came in for Order #39402085956419584 and waited about 30 mins for a pick up order. In a nut shell the core issue is the lack of urgency from the team. I asked multiple times about my food bc I got a text saying it was ready and every time they said no. I finally got so frustrated I walked up and my food was sitting there the whole time. The worst part was the individual I asked was so confrontational. Idk her name but she was wearing multi colored glasses. Green rims and tortoise shell stems. They were over sized. Point is she needs to be retrained. Before she helped me I watched her respond to a customer rudely then proceed to talk about him after he left. So of course no shock she was upset I was frustrated after my food sat in the back for 15+ extra minutes. Chick filla would never do this. Even the location on 125 th has too tier service with employees who have a sense of urgency and care for their customers. Your team has a lot to learn.

I ordered a double SmokeShack, a chicken sandwich, and 6 pieces of chicken bites. The burger was good as usual. However, the chicken items were dry. The chicken bites were soft but very dry inside. The chicken in my sandwich was even worse, it was not only dry, but also VERY SALTY! I also don’t understand why I still have to wait even though I preordered online. That’s very annoying.
