It seems that this is the burger restaurant to do. Of which act. Fast food which ultimately has nothing exceptional, apart from the shape of the fries. Good burgers, small portions for the price. Order at the counter and table service. But do it once, at least.

Top fast food chain. The burgers are very tasty. The service was very nice. You order at the counter and the food is delivered to you. Refill drinks.

Sahniya was a very kind employee! She saw that I had my infant grandson in a stroller, and when she brought my order to my table, she asked me if I would like for her to go and get my fountain drink. I really appreciated the fact that she noticed that I would either have to leave my grandson to go to the fountain or I would have to leave my food unattended at the table while I took my grandson with me to the fountain. Sahniya was so pleasant and friendly and understanding, it really made my day!

Friendly welcome. $35 for 2 Chicken burgers, 2 fries and 2 small drinks. Fairly clean, we recommend.

Excellent attention. It didn't seem expensive to me: we bought 2 simple hamburgers with 2 lemonades and 1 portion of potatoes, we spent 35 dollars.
The Argentinian burgers are much tastier, without a doubt.

Probably the better location. They don’t do orders at the counter but instead you can only do the orders on the computer/tablets—or at least I didn’t notice anyone taking orders at the counter. Because of this though, it limits customers to pay using tap/card. Location was ok in terms of atmosphere. A bit busy around lunch though.

Shake Shack was recommended to me by several people before the trip, but given these expectations, our visit was rather disappointing. For us it wasn't any nicer or tastier than at McDonald's or Burger King...

Nice restaurant if you’re visiting the World Trade Center or the 911 museum. Had great food, and the speed of service was great as well. Music is kind of loud, and they messed up our order twice but can’t complain otherwise.

This is probably the most disorganized Shake Shack in New York. The kiosks for ordering are quite cumbersome, and to make matters worse, the cashier staff was completely inattentive.
