Milk shake was too sweet (coming from someone who has a sweet tooth) and all I could taste in the chicken sandwich was pickles :/ not worth $18 in my opinion
Love this burger. So goooood.
Clean, well maintained and empty ay the time of our visit.
My first time trying their double veggie shack. The veggie patty was a bit too mushy for me. It was a bit too salty, too. It was nice to have vegetarian options at burger joint, but I wish they can try to make it healthier. I’d prefer the shroom burger. I really hope they can make black truffle shroom burger a regular item!! I love those black truffle shroom burgers!
Overall, it lives up to expectations. That’s it.
Great food! Super yummy and fresh. It came out pretty quick too.

Always gets the orders wrong. This time we did not recieve the chicken sandwich, and also relieved 3 diet cokes instead of the Dr Peppers we ordered. Don't waste your time or money.

I sincerely hope corporate reads this review.
#1 Guests must pay at registers, which is fine, I get it. However, they’re given an option of a table number or name when placing orders. You’d expect table numbers to be brought to you. Instead, they yell at the counter for you to come up. What’s the point of a table number then, or leaving a tip?
#2 Everything was empty. Ketchup, salt packets, napkins.
#3 The food was fast but holy crap. $19 for a burger and fries I have to receive from the register and that’s WITHOUT A TIP is expensive, even for Manhattan.
Do better.

5/5 Chicken Bites - wow these were so unexpectedly good! Super crisp, tender white meat, well seasoned outer coating!
4.5/5 Shack Burger - a classic, up to par with the standard burger experience at Shake Shack

What happened to this place? It used to be a great place where the only problem was opening the front door. Now it’s just … a mess.
They don’t do table service anymore. Half the ordering kiosks were down in our last visit. Some guy was standing in front of the counter while garbage piled up in the bins and on the table.
We tried to sit at three different tables, but they were all sticky. The guy at the counter eventually went around and removed trash but touched everything with his gloved hands … obviously not understanding how gloves work.
We used to come here all the time, but think this will be our last. Don’t know what happened to this place.

burger was raw
Top burgers, long waiting times, but totally worth it due to the quality and ambience. You eat at tables in the park and you can bring your own drinks. We had jazz musicians in the public park next door

Just had the peaches n’ cream milkshake in the mini size (yes, they offer their milkshakes in a mini size if you don’t wanna do the whole thing) it’s definitely a treat. It wasn’t busy when I came so service was pretty fast.

Great food, I'm sorry but location use to matter nearly entirely in regards of chosen if you really wanted to hike to 23rd or ?? the Downtown Brooklyn location.
Alas I shall put your concerns of only the utmost path of least resistance to obtain these flavorful, greasy, cheese-injected portabella mushroom cap sitting atop a nicely seasoned and flavorful (albeit small as heck these days) beef patty, called a "Shack Stack" or I just call it sexy AF
So greeting by the staff member working on the customer side of the counter is prompt and friendly. Honestly it's a clean location, insane delivery bike traffic, and trying to open the entrance door is not meant for mere mortals.
Enjoy! Oh clean bathrooms and usually quick or no wait.
Parking: It's on 3rd Ave and 9th Street next to St Marks and Astor place... What do you think?
Kid-friendliness: Seems great for younger kids with families and school groups.

The staff is pretty grouchy. Several items in my order were forgotten. Luckily I was eating in so I could go back and get it. Shouldn't have been necessary though. Free mayonnaise and ketchup. Clean restrooms. Refills on sodas are available, but you will have to go to the counter and ask them to refill your cup, which they will not do without giving you the feeling you're asking the impossible from them. Small portions, high prices. I definitely prefer Five Guys over this chain myself.
