My burger was excellent! Price was steep but quality was there. Shake was also pretty tasty.

The Veggie Shack is a great veggie burger! One of the better ones I've had from burger chains. The Veggie patty is a true veggie patty, not trying to be meat, and is a nice vegetable blend mostly featuring sweet potato that makes for a nice blend. For vegans, know that the shack sauce is mayo based, and the standard potato bun they use has milk (but they offer a gluten free bun that also is vegan.)
The staff was great and friendly, and the environment was nice, though nothing fancy—it is a fast-casual, and many get their food to go. Still, the burger is worth the hype I had been hearing for so long.

Burgers were dry and mediocre, shake was disgusting.

Burger was quite good. Chicken sandwich was even better than the burger, but too salty. Chocolate malt shake was very good. Fries are ok, at least they're not coated with dreadful, seasoned batter like a lot of places these days. Atmosphere was OK, pretty loud on a Friday night. Service was friendly, but they don't have to do much. Loved the generous outdoor dining areas. Prices are unreasonably high for what you get.

So absolutely over priced. Save your money and go across the street and get 5 guys. I literally went online and checked and for the exact same meal it would have been 20$ less and you’d have gotten more food. Mediocre food at top dollar. Cheese fries (more like chemical fries) were soggy bland and from an elementary cafeteria. Just don’t bother.

Probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Doesn't need special sauce to make it palatable like the other Chik sandwich. Husband loved his burger too; which is why we came here in the first place. If you're looking for a quiet place to grab a bite, this isn't it. Lots of families. It's loud inside and out. Staff works hard and are accommodating.

The shakes where good normal taste I will recommend here but I cant the prices are way to high just go to the WinCo near by and get ice cream and make your own shakes at home definitely do not recommended here why I came here is because I had a gift card for a free shake will never come back (unless I have another gift card).

Just average food at this point, id take 5 guys over this all day probably even killer burger, in and out if the line isn't 50 deep, red Robin ofcourse, burgerville etc, smores shake was good

One of the best burgers I have ever had!
The place is very overpriced considering the quality of the food they serve. I tried the double bacon cheeseburger, while my friend had the French onion soup burger. Both burgers were soggy, and the signature sauce they use clashes with the flavor of the burger itself. The French onion soup burger only tasted of soggy onions, and overall, the food was terrible. We also ordered chicken bites, which were fried in used oil, overly salty, and soggy as well. The fries were neither crunchy nor flavorful, and you couldn't really taste any of the toppings. To make matters worse, the lemonades had an aftertaste of microplastics. At this point, I'd say McDonald's is a better option.
