The food is okay the staff is friendly but I got the food cold because I was waiting in my car for the text when my order is ready but never got it !

My favorite Oregon shake shack. Employees are nice and will help you out. Plaza it's located in very convenient.

It was our first time there and we liked it! It's a counter service restaurant where you order your food by yourself on a monitor and then take a number and bring it to your seat. They bring out the food to you, if they can find your number lol. The girl who brought out our food walked around the entire place even though our number was front and center.

The burgers are pretty spendy, around $12/$13 a burger, but it was pretty good. The Strawberry milkshake was good. I sort of thought they would have more milkshake options considering their name. Also, what is a "black and white" flavored milkshake? ? There wasn't a description, and there's already a chocolate/vanilla and cookies and cream option.

Burgers are really good and made fresh

The sandwiches are good. That said, I can't give anywhere that willingly serves frozen crinkle fries 5 stars for food.

The service is always great. Just a bit overpriced for what you get.

So overrated. Very average fast food, with superficially spray of trendy design for store, proves how easily the simple minded can be tricked into spending too much for factory food

First I'll say I think shake shake is grossly overpriced for what it is.

This particular location has good outdoor seating (a little close to a busy intersection). And the staff and ordering systems have improved since they have opened.

The food is just mediocre, small, and expensive. I wouldn't mind. To pay nearly ten dollars for the smallest burger from any mainstream burger spot just doesn't make sense when the quality is mid, and the toppings and options are not interesting or unique.

Their crinkle cut fries punch above their weight in my opinion. Skip the extras though. The cheese sauce will leave you disappointed.

The shakes are solid, but again, lacking in really interesting things. With a salt & straw across the parking lot you should just go there unless you want a classic flavor.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options have expanded to two offerings which is great imo. The mushroom burger seems to be the go-to. But if you aren't a fan of the fungus you can get the veggie patty now. Personally haven't had it but great they have a couple choices.

I recently visited Shake Shack and had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding! I was helped by a young man named Maciah, who was very helpful and polite. He had great energy and it was clear he put a lot of effort into his job. The food was outstanding and came out super fast. The whole environment was very clean. I would highly recommend Shake Shack to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service!
