Good experience at Shake Shack in Fulton. I recommend it.

I loved the salted caramel shake in the vanilla form not really a big fan of chocolate but it was very delicious I have a few shake shacks around my town but never ate there so def a good experience. Anona the cashier was very pleasant

Delicious burgers, we went back three times in a few days!
Not a huge variety, but right choices, both simple and more elaborate.
Prices absolutely average for Manhattan!

I thought the food would be better. I had only heard of Shake Shack. There are none where I live. After all the hype, I decided to try it while visiting New York. It was OK. To be fair, though, I am from Portland, Oregon, and we are foodies. My expectations for what is good may be higher than other people's.

I will say, the milkshake did not disappoint. It was the perfect amount of thick. Fantastic

I had a smoke shack burger with cheese fries. The burger was filling and would have been better without the bacon. I would recommend the fries without the cheese. 79

The service was terrible and the food too. My friend wanted to ask if the bacon was pork, we called the staff 3 times, they just ignored us and didn’t want to have eye contact. Finally we got hold of a server, she went on to send the order to the table, then only ask the kitchen. It shows that she doesn’t have any product knowledge, not sure bout what is served and what’s in menu. My friend paid extra for bacon, but his burger came without. I ordered a stack stack and my mushroom was missing. I wonder the staff and trained, or just didn’t bother or are the rest of the extras?! Horrible dining experience.

Food was pretty good. Not as good as I remember though. I don’t believe it’s exclusively this branch’s problem. Service was excellent though.
