Shake Shack Fulton Transit CTR - Manhattan

We tasted the renowned Shake Shack burger during our stay in NY, apart from the slight heaviness of the sandwich that seemed a bit too ‘greasy’, the lunch was all in all good. We chose two hamburgers, chips, chicken wings and soda. Low prices for a good quick lunch

Had an urgent matter today and ended up at Fulton Transit Center Shake Shack.
I didn’t plan to eat there today, but sooo soooo glad I did. Meredith the mgr. and staff worker Rogenia was great with everything, I mean everything. Customer Service going the extra mile, that makes you want to come back. Oh yeah! the food was good also. I had a veggie burger and fries. I’m leaving with a big smile that shows 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I am so satisfied 🥰🤗😊

We were surprised by the customer service; they kept offering everyone in the restaurant cups of water and they were very attentive, like by taking our tray when we were done, for example. The food was way good and the oreo shakes are INCREDIBLE.

Despite proportions that I find a little small considering the price charged, it is an excellent burger, made to order and personalized. Clean room Professional and pleasant staff

It’s less crowded than other Shake Shack I guess, just the burger’s bun was cold and it was sort of a disappointment

Shout out to Delon one of the managers at the location and the team. Delon has great energy, took a moment to answer my questions and helped me with my order. Being in the service industry is not for the faint of heart especially in a busy area that tends to have a big lunch rush. Great experience and veggie burger/fries!

For anyone visiting this location be kind, patient and human! Everyone here is doing their best.

The burgers and fries were really great. Juicy meat, smashed crispily. Also the drinks were well done. Great stuff here.

I was here after lunch time and it was really busy. Actually having order terminals would help them and maybe us tourist who are not used to the menu, toppings, etc. would be great to see this implemented. Never the less a good lunch option.
