So incredibly sluggish. Despite the fact that the meal is ready, nobody is bagging it. Everyone is being pushed inside to wait for the order like they aren’t planning to let anyone out. The kiosks may have recently been set up, but they don't make a difference. They will look at you like a parasite if you ask for an additional bag to keep your food in while you're on the metro. Can’t wait for Penn Station to open.

Among the restaurants recommended in New York, this is the only one I went to more than twice! The hamburger was delicious and the fries seemed small, but they were quite filling! I talked to my kids about who tastes better compared to In-N-Out, and there is no question about which one is better. Haha, but I think the hamburger patty smells more like meat than In-N-Out! It looked like there were a lot of people inside the store, but we were able to get a seat quickly and eat comfortably.

Food was great, especially the Korean BBQ burger.Hellman's mayo tubes can only be opened by professionals.Depending on how busy it is, it can take some time to make it to the terminal.Waiting times for the food to arrive are ok.In terms of price, it takes a lot of getting used to but hey, this is NY Manhattan.4 people can easily spend $65-90…

Shake Shack is justifiably renowned for its burgers, but it’s the frozen custard that rockets it into a category all its own. So thick! So creamy! So satisfying! The shakes are always great, but my usual order is just vanilla with malt powder, either sprinkled on top or mixed in. Try it! As for this location specifically, it’s very solid and usually not too crowded. Nice staffers, as well.

This is an atmospheric shake shack in the Fulton Center. The food takes a while to arrive, and the food can get expensive quite quickly. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger and iced tea, and I’d give the food a 7.7/10. The space is a bit crowded, but it’s not the worst shake shack that I’ve ever been to.

I loved every minute of my visit to Shake Shack! My cashier, Shaniyah was patient and gave great food suggestions. She also took the time to let me sample a few of the drinks before instead of letting me waste money. The servers were quick and nice. The entire restaurant was clean and had a cute little vibe going. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend the food and the experience.Dietary restrictions: I was able to adhere to my diet with their simplified ingredients.Kid-friendliness: There were people there with children and they even a diaper changing station in the bathroom.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s an elevator to get you to their restaurant.
