Great sandwich, but too small for the price paid. The best chips in New York. Location suitable to be a place of passage

Went through the hassle of ordering online only to have the order totally messed up. I recommend avoiding this location.

The restaurant is well located, otherwise the products are of very good quality and not that a good experience is seriously good

Average burger and fries with a milk shake but better than the west coast the west coast shake shacks are like 2 stars I would go again

This afternoon, we had lunch in a fast food restaurant located in the heart of Grand Central Terminal. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations: the burger seriously lacked flavor, and the cheese on the fries wasn't even melted. As for the quality-price ratio, it leaves something to be desired: 47 USD for two menus with small drinks is excessive for this level of service. An address to avoid if you are looking for something other than a simple quick snack.

The burger was delicious, as were the fries. The wait time was short, and self-ordering was convenient. 100% recommended.

Honestly, I am the most disappointed I have been in a while. Coming to New York again after so long and going to one of my favourite fast food places to get what I usually get just to realize how smaller and tasteless it now is was devastating. The bacon cheese fries were painful to eat, not enjoyable whatsoever. The burger was OK, and Id say a reasonable price for it.

Always refreshing to eat a good fast food burger, unlike at mcdonald’s or burger king. They also have alcohol and pet friendly food

All of the cold beverages were Luke warm. No one cared enough to replenish the ice and would not acknowledge the problem.

Appalled with how the late night staff treats patrons. There are no other seats in the terminal, yet those without an order at shake shack can't eat there? What about the numerous other establishments? Unfortunate the lack of campassion these folks have.

Minding my own business sitting at a table eating my meal when some rude worker told me he had to take my order and I couldn't sit to wait. Refused to give me his name or get a manger for me.
