Put plainly, Shake Shack isn't at the top of my list for chowing down on a super-tasty burger, BUT they're miles ahead of the likes of Five Guys, and decent in a pinch.
Small than other branch but cool , fast and friendly.
Customer service responded to my concerns, much appreciated.
The food came out very quickly (around 4 mins) but tasted as though it had been reheated.
The food was good but the manager was so rude and dismissive. We wanted to change 10 dollars for two 5 dollars after we bought the meal (which cost 60 dollars) she refused and just walked off. No customer service at all!
My husband always stops here to grab a Shackburger as we get off the train. The food always comes out fast and hits his burger craving each time. They keep the place clean, and there are more tables and chairs to sit down now. That's a plus.
Cashier was super friendly & helpful with what I should order

Do not come here if getting a train. 10/23 at 6:00 I waited 20 minutes for a single cheeseburger and fries. It wasnt That busy. Staff moves extremely slow. By time I got my bag and stood at their table to eat the fries were cold. I didn’t have time to say anything as rushing for a train but obviously they pre pack fries and wait for another item to go with it. Other food locations in Penn are much faster and friendlier
Very busy Shake Shack, but good food as always!

Don’t go if you’re catching a train leaving Penn Station ONLY if arriving in Penn Station as they will omit items you’ve already paid for relying on the fact that you won’t or can’t return as you’re already on train & not willing to wait around & catch the next train.
Also very noisy, boisterous, rowdy, young crowd at late night hours (11pm- 12am) that make lines & time long pondering out loud & taking forever to decide upon the small number of options offered - a well planned scam between workers & their college friends for free food!

So slow, took them 30mins to prepare a burger and fries. Fries had a horrible taste!!! And so annoying they don’t have seats at the restaurant! ALL other places in Penn has seating

I always thought station food wouldn’t be that good but these burgers were surprisingly good. Or at least the beef patty was outstanding. Not all Shake Shack have been as tasty so I assume it was the skill of the workers that made it taste good. The only aspect I deducted stars for were the photos show a lot more veggies than I actually received. Idk if the buns are toasted but I also prefer toasted buns. Soft buns tend to become mushy after soaking up juices.

Very good fast food with choice and better quality products than other fast food restaurants. A little wait to eat there. The prices are higher than Mac do for example but the value for money is very interesting in my opinion. No regrets, the advice I saw to go and taste their burgers is justified

The truth is that this franchise does not fail. They have a good product and the truth is that the ordering system directly on the iPad is great and intuitive.

The burger was okay, but not great either. Unfortunately he was quite small. Including a drink, I had to pay almost 30 USD for two burgers. Value for money is not worth it.
