Great sandwiches. Great burgers. Too bad the service is confusing in my opinion. Very few seats inside and no restrooms.

This place was pretty good for fast food. I got the chicken bites which were quite delicious. The wait was long for the so called ‘fast’ food. That is why there is not a 5th star. The staff was so delightful, our person taking our order was very kid and super generous. I also got the Thai iced tea shake which was on point. By the way, the aesthetic inside this place was quite nice, and there was PLENTY of outside seating. Though you are in the big city, you should stop by this chance if you are in somewhat of a rush, because I feel the food is definitely fresh. I recommend.

Discovery and first for us during our stay in NY. It was good to try once

Food was consistent with other Shake Shacks, but this location lacked customer comforts. Very limited seating that was monopolized by a single family with their belongings spread across the entire counters. No restrooms, so nowhere to wash your hands after riding the subway all morning. Luckily there were forks, so I ate a burger with a fork for the first time in callable memory. Good in a pinch, but wouldn’t seek this spot out.

Love this burger chain. It’s great. The burgers quality is amazing in any store you go to. They are like butter because they are so good that melts in you mouth. Recommended if you want some fast food but better quality.

Try the truffle fries: amazing.

So here’s what’s up this is New York City. You shouldn’t be walking into some establishment that doesn’t have all the kiosks working miserable employees. I don’t wanna help you disgusting that’s why all of your stores are failing throughout New York City. Take a look at Chick-fil-A and you’ll see how they work it and do it the proper way I will not be going into Shake shack anymore
