You order from a kiosk. I selected a beer, waited 5 minutes and no one came to enter a code for an age verification. I sent my son to the counter and the girl standing there told my little kid that she was on a break (playing on her phone at the front counter). Finally got someone and then entered my phone number to receive a text when order was done. It was too crowded and very little seating inside so we waited outside for the text. 30 minutes later I walked in and it was just sitting on the counter. No text. Since I had no idea how long it had been sitting there and didn't want it getting colder we went to get a seat. Patiently waiting for the guy who was getting up and putting on his jacket another female customer about 30yo jumps in front of my child and steals the seat he was waiting on. Will not be back to this location. For what it's worth the burger was good but the atmosphere and customer service were awful.

This method of eating while standing is terrible, so you can't taste the food properly,... there is high demand, people are standing waiting and they don't see the customer's attention. They only worry about delivering, but where is the human quality?

The food is spectacular, very delicious burgers, if you order potatoes and you love cheese, don't hesitate to weigh them with cheese sauce.The main drawback of the place is that the space to eat in the premises is very small and uncomfortable, in the middle of February it is not very pleasant to sit on the street to enjoy the food.
Vegetarian options: A variety of vegetarian patties are available.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun can be selected. The shake Shack sauce contains gluten and can be deselected (the burger can be personalized).

I recommend this place for takeout, it only has a bar with 5 stools. Delicious burgers, the best bacon cheeseburger.They have a version of bread for celiacs.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread

High expectations for this place but betrayed by low quality food. We went with friends, a group of 7 and the opinion was unanimous: never here again. The chicken pieces (varying in size, some tiny but still counted) were sour, greasy and extremely spicy with garlic; edible burgers (without infamy and without glory) but small in size, with high prices. You can place the order on the device inside the club but you will still need to call one of them to come and enter a code if you decide to have an alcoholic drink such as beer. It takes talent to ruin fried chicken, I'll give you that. Never again!
