Hands down the best French Onion Soup Burger & Fries I’ve ever had (and the only one I’ve ever had). Shake Shack totally delivered with savory, melted gruyere, succulent angus beef, crispy onions, and tons of flavor. MealPal made this lunch a winner!

The triple shack’s meat was well cooked and smooth. I enjoyed every piece of it and didn’t want it to end. It was the best hamburger I have ever eaten (I have eaten plenty though!).
People working here are kind and helpful.

After chocolate shopping, I went into Shake Shack to have a quick lunch of a burger and fries. The place was surprisingly quiet with few customers. I got a burger without the tomato. Plain small fries. The special fries were the Parmesan and garlic was $1 more. What was it? Parmesan sprinkled on top with a garlic sauce on the side. No great shakes. As it is, I paid the princely sum of $13.91 for lunch. To me, this is expensive.

This is so sad, people just ignore you. There was a guy who i tried to talk and he saw me and just ignored me.
We really enjoyed our food. The fries are very crispy. Definitely recommend the lemonade! Reasonable prices!

I had high expectations about Shake Shack and it was a pleasant confirmation. Juicy burgers and crispy chips that did not disappoint, I do not frequent fast food but this seemed to me to have quality products, soft and good bread and meat had its character in the bun. Young and informal atmosphere, tap water always available.

Out of all of the shake shacks in NYC, this is by far the best one. My order has never been wrong and they bring it out hot every single time. The team is super nice and always cheerful. I go out of my way to go to this specific shake shack.
