I had been looking forward to trying the Dubai milkshake for a long time. The place wasn’t busy, but I waited over 15 minutes, only to find out my order had someone else’s name on it. I was given a warm drink that had been sitting out for about 10 minutes. I spent $10 and, unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. I also tried the loaded fries with cheese and bacon, but sadly, they were hard to eat. I’m not trying to leave a bad review - I’ll give this place another chance

Food is incredibly consistent no matter where you go. This spot didn't disappoint. Very good burgers and chicken sandwiches. Clean environment too.
The hard Truth
My burger can out pink. Like, idk who eats pink hamburgers or why. But I don't. Cook the burger all the way thru.😡 but the second burger omg was hot , cooked all the way, enough BBQ the 1st one was lacking. The only thing about it was that the bun was small. You get a 3 because I had to send my 1st burger back in order to get a good one. The lady was nice about the burger being pink. I love it! great customer service on her end.

Very busy for when we went (midday on Thursday). Food is great, but staff were extremely busy. Our order was messed up, but they did correct it without hesitation.

Centrally located, right next to Macy's. Perfect for a quick snack break. Prices are a little higher, as is typical in New York, but the food is definitely highly recommended.
Thanks for staying open after midnight and for keeping tables clean and pleasant to sit.

Food was fine. Customer service was pretty bad though. Staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Staff kept butting in front to grab food to walk to tables. Person behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me and did not call our names when food was ready. She turned around put the food in front of me and walked away without saying a word. Wasn’t sure it was my order until I looked in the bag. Food was a mess and not put together.

Great burger, I got a little undercooked one but the rest of my family loved theirs. The fries are delicious. Milkshakes are awesome as well. Service is kind of slow but the place was packed, so I understand. Lots of seating room and clean bathroom.
