Lots of seating options. We went there on December 27th around 2 p.m. and managed to find a spot within two minutes. The staff brings the order directly to your table, which is very convenient. Everything was really good, as usual! The only downside was the sugar cookie milkshake, which was way too sweet.

Has always been a go to for burgers, when visiting.
However I feel like they have dropped the ball. Ordering is completely self serve Burger was overcooked and dry, and cold. Disappointing, this is the second visit this trip and on both occasion food was average. Vanilla shake was great. Tried 7th street burger was much better
I do love Shake Shack soooo much. I was just soooo disappointed when I arrived last Friday night/Saturday morning at 1:11 and the store was already locked. People were finishing up their meals inside and delivery guys were stuck on the outside with us although I could see about 4 orders just sitting on the counter. I had checked the shake shack app and Google for the store hours and both stated the store closes at 2. I almost ordered on the app as online ordering was still available. But after close inspection I could see that the kitchen was being shut down and fryers being cleaned. Y'all need to fix the business hours if you guys are gonna be closing early. There was a few other locations I could've chose at that hour and I wasted time going to this store. I ended up at Five Guys. They were the heroes for real. And the food was delicious. But I still wanted Shake Shack.

Hands down the best French Onion Soup Burger & Fries I’ve ever had (and the only one I’ve ever had). Shake Shack totally delivered with savory, melted gruyere, succulent angus beef, crispy onions, and tons of flavor. MealPal made this lunch a winner!
