Out of all of the shake shacks in NYC, this is by far the best one. My order has never been wrong and they bring it out hot every single time. The team is super nice and always cheerful. I go out of my way to go to this specific shake shack.

Tasty food so well prepared, the personnel (Timmy) are very cordial and pleasant. Coming from Europe I always choose Shake Shack as a sure place with great food, this one is my favorite so far

Tip: chilled drinking water is a selfservice available at the napkin station
