I came here for lunch the other day. I didn't even know there was a Shake Shack in the area. It was a bit out of the way. The store was big and brightly lit. They had tons of seating and cashier and ordering kiosks. The service was quick and the food came out hot. I will say, that I feel like the portion sizes at Shake Shack has gotten smaller.

We went today to try it for the first time. We got the fried chicken, potatoes with cheese and fried chicken with avocado. There were easily tables to sit at.

The burgers are the size of sliders; the tomatoes are practical miniature. The bathroom set up is laughable, but the service is pretty decent.

The locations of this fast food restaurant are different. Personally I have tried three, but the result is always the same... Excellent, also because for the prices of the city, the amount you spend is relatively low. One of the most evocative locations, also for the walk that the return to Manhattan allows, is under the Brooklyn Bridge, near the East River.

I would rate a 5 (Fantastic service, clean, easy kiosks in front for ordering, well kept bathrooms, friendly hosts, etc!). .. BUT there were way too many high school kids hanging out inside (not eating!) .. one even joined my table so he could plug into the wall outlet and charge his phone. I can only imagine what this store is like during the school year. Good for store/Shakeshack but not so much for regular customers....

Shake Shack never disappoints. Keep in mind this is still fast food, and they offer nothing healthy. But the quality and taste of the burgers, fries, and shakes is the best. So if you are craving classic American lunch, you can’t go wrong here.

I used to deliver from this location and they would take forever to get the orders ready. Didn't think much of it apart from how understaffed they must be. I went yesterday in person to order and they took half an hour to prepare a simple burger and fries order. When I asked the manager guy if my order was ready. He threw it in a bag with rage and gave me this menacing look. I didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable anymore than that. So I said "I'm sorry man" and the guy goes "I'm not your man or brother"

Safe to say this is the first and last time I order from here
