Probably the worst burger I have ever tried. Tasteless, portions are tiny and it looked and tasted worse than anything I have ever tasted.

The burgers are getting smaller and smaller!!! The taste is average, perhaps it is better to try a good burger in a restaurant like so many in the city.

Nice Burger

I absolutely love this Shake Shack! Tamia and Aaron are absolutely amazing!! They both went above and beyond. I had a long day at work and just wanted a decent meal before heading home. I did not expect the 5 star service they gave. Great customer service is so important, but far and few these days. I hope they both get promoted! The store was also very clean and the food is consistently good.

Good burgers with some different flavors. This time I tried the truffle cheeseburger and it was very good, really tasty, as were the curly fries.

Came here because of its reputation, it’s right near the Cheersi Market
The decoration is bright, the ordering machine is clear to operate, and there is an option to tip if you want or not.
The food is delicious. It’s a pity that I didn’t order fries this time. I will definitely come again.

A NYC classic, it doesn't fail. Always order the fries, which are unique and are not included in the menu. The burgers are not huge, but they are fine for a meal. The bathrooms are for emergency use only due to the traffic they have. Good atmosphere and normal service. The meat burgers stand out. If you want to save money, don't order a drink, you have to help yourself to water at the condiment counter.

Very clean place and well located, at the end of the Highline and next to the Whitney Houston museum.
They have several tablets to self-order and pay with contactless, and they bring your order to the table.
Very good burgers as always with very good quality meat.

Very good burgers (avocado chicken) and fries with digital ordering at the terminal. It was too loud for us in the restaurant (music and people), so we took the food with us. We would order from this chain again because the price/performance ratio is just right.

My burger was not up to standard. It was burned and looked like it had been overcooked hours ago. It had no taste. Not like other Shake Shacks I’ve been to. Would not go back to this location.
