I don't write reviews very often, but it's been 2 years since it was made in the US. I went with my family and the menu was completely Korean and delicious. I went during lunch, and I was especially grateful that the pretty girl serving me was very friendly. I also appreciated the service of fried dumplings.Highly recommended for taste and service.Kid-friendliness: Very comfortable

Black bean noodle were overcooked and soggy as hell like it’s been sitting on counter top for hours. I asked for different dish because I couldn’t possibly eat the noodle. I asked them if the price is going to be the same they said yes. But they changed the price for higher one at the check out even though they said they won’t change the price. I also got sick after eating Japchea noodle. This place is a scam and only after your money. The food quality does not match the price you pay for. You will loose more than gaining by eating at this place. Yuck.

Absolutely horrible. Automatically charged 18% tip without asking AND charged extra for my items. I got ramen with no meat and they charged me the $5 extra for meat even when I was very specific that I didn’t get or order the meat. It’s already overpriced, and they have the audacity to still try to charge extra sneakily?? Never going again. This was so disgusting and the food wasn’t even good

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We went inside and at first we thought hey this is pretty cute let’s go in, but little did we know….. we were scammed. Firstly when we sat down we thought this would be fun but me, my friend and our little friend on the wall who wasn’t invited caught us by surprise. It was a roach. But it didn’t stop there, we grabbed the waiter by the arm and pointed at the wall. After seeing our little friend he grabs my tissue and cleans our little friend up and walks away. But wait! It didn’t stop there. 5 seconds later while enjoying our food a girl just randomly throws up everywhere and it gets on my feet, jacket and food. We just totally lost our appetite and we were ready to pay. My friend goes to pay and the waiter has the audacity to ask for tip after everything we just experienced. No compensation, apologies, nothing. And the food wasn’t worth that much. We got pho and a non-alcoholic which both added up to $70. Worst experience of my life.

Good was just OK, but service and ambience was nice. Was expecting the jjampong to be a bit more crispy/breaded with more flavor/sauce. The black bean noodles have bits of potato and beef in the sauce, which I loved.

Don't let the outside fool you. The jjajang-jjappong combo is delicious and very hearty portion. We also had the fried mandu and spicy garlic shrimp. Good variety on the menu with lots of combo options so you can try many things. This will be our go to in Korea Town for now on.
