Have recently been added to our list of preferred caterers. The food is delicious and their packaging is environmentally friendly! It’s a definite win all around.

I'm experience food poisoning from their. They kept a their doors open when they knew their food was cooked right and now I'm sick and to top it off I'm pregnant so wont be going back their as they are not good people.

The person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not the first time I call to order breakfast, however this time, as usual, I specified that I did NOT want cheese or mayo in my sandwich, and they still get it wrong most times. The woman that picked up the phone was giving me an attitude and she even "whatever-ed" me after I told her what I did not want in my sandwich. Shelleys Kitchen has terrible service and barely ever get your deliveries right.

My friend took me here a few weeks ago and I got the Healthy Wrap breakfast special. I was so happy it was a wrap with an iced tea for only $4.90. So today I decided to go back. I asked that they add mushrooms to my wrap. I get to the register, no iced tea and the total is $5.44. I ask the cashier how come it's so much and why didn't I get an iced tea. She tells me that I didn't get the healthy wrap, that is the special. I proceed to tell her that I did. I go back to the back to where I ordered and I was informed because I "changed the whole wrap" it is no longer considered a healthy wrap and I don't get the special. WOW! I add one ingredient and the price goes up $0.54 and I don't even get an iced tea! So much for the customer is always right! I now see why there wasn't a line!

they're horrible with their customer service over the phone the majority of the time they deliver the wrong things completely opposite from what you initially ordered or they will add something to your food when you specified you didn't want it also the girls on the phone never know the prices you always have to be placed on hold to get a price.!! aside from that the food is usually neat and edible .
