As an Israeli myself, I cannot recommend this place more - everything we ate was delicious and I went with my vegetarian friend so we just scratched the surface. The staff was so kind - we sat amongst regulars and you could tell why they keep coming back. Hoping to become a regular myself!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. I love these smaller, more casual Michelin starred restaurants. Don't let smaller and casual imply that the restaurant is any way of lower caliber. This restaurant had fine food and ingredients, good service, and creativity in the menu. I loved the unique tastes from a regional cuisine that I haven't been exposed to very much. The space is intimate and feels like a neighborhood restaurant to me. I recommend to go here...
Just had there dinner last night
Sat on the bar, the atmosphere was superb the service was excellent and the food, the food the food, had the green salad which was refreshing , the artichoke was exquisite the Scallop was amazing and the Lamb chops where superb.
But on top of everything was the attention to everything which was given by the staff (waiters, bar tenders cooks and hostesses)
It’s simply fun and very enjoyable time there.
