now i don’t throw these words around lightly, but shoo shoo has to rank number 1 of best restaurants ive been to! went a few times so far and can’t wait to return every time! the atmosphere is beautiful, staff are fantastic and super friendly, and food is to DIE FOR!! we went yesterday and had the hummus (it’s a must), israeli salad, and the shakshuka (order it with a side of feta and avocado: trust!!) and it was delicious beyond words!! we’ve also tried their fries another...
It’s fine - the food itself is quite good but we had a large party and were seated in the basement, which was giving cellar vibes. Did not like the ambience and would not come back here because of that. Service was good - servers were very friendly.
My favorite spot in Nolita near Bowery. I went 4 times in 4 months! Amazing Mediterranean dishes and spreads. Delectable Schnitzel Fish and pickles. Nice Terrasse. Smiling staff. Oh and creamy mashed potatoes to die for. I don't eat meat but my friends said they had the BEST lamb on a bed of that airy purée :-)
