I ordered some food from DoorDash, but my pita bread was missing. The customer service helped me solved the problem on time, and I was really impressed.

Didn't have a reservation for 4 on a Friday night but we were able to get seated at the bar. Started off with hummus & we each ordered our own kebabs. Perfect size meal.

Scrumptious dishes. Pretty atmosphere and service. Recommended! I like deep-fried spicy yogurt but I didn't remember the name of them.

Shuka has been on our radar for ages, especially being huge fans of their sister joint, Shukette. So, we finally decided to swing by while in the area, and while it was good, it didn't quite blow us away like we'd hoped. Personally, I'm still team Shukette all the way! The inside back dining room is super chic with those ceiling lights, but the acoustics can be a bit much – it gets loud in there, and we found ourselves practically yelling depending on how packed it was. But hey, that didn't stop us from enjoying a killer Za’atar martini and some decent wine, even if it did cost us a pretty penny. We stuck to glasses since the bottle prices were just... weird. Our waiter, bless his heart, was an absolute gem – full of energy and seriously clued in on the menu. We asked him for the must-haves, and we went all in on his recommendations. Feta pistachio dip, fried halloumi, carrots, cauliflower, chicken shawarma, lamb merguez – we tried it all! The cauliflower was a real standout with its warm spices and bright citrus/sweet pops. The real star though was the chicken shawarma and lamb Merguez. Pure perfection – juicy and bursting with flavor. But alas, not everything hit the mark. The feta pistachio dip was decent, but it tasted more like a funky Gorgonzola than the tangy feta we were craving. And those carrots? Good, but they needed more spice, a crunch for texture, and a bit more consistency in every bite. Oh, and don't get me started on the pita – it was soft, sure, but unfortunately a bit too dry for my liking. But hey, the team made up for it with a sweet surprise – a free dessert! And let me tell you, nothing beats a killer coffee ice cream with chocolate. So yeah, while Shuka didn't quite earn a permanent spot in our hearts, we're glad we gave it a whirl. Who knows, we might just pop in again if we're in the neighborhood.

This place has wonderful food and service. However the noise level is an 11 on 1/10Scale. Crazy loud.

We ordered the falafal, crispy cauliflower, beet hummus, Zatar fries and zatar martini. The falafel and beet hummus were good. The crispy cauliflower, zatar fries and the martini were a miss.Had to wait 20 mins to get a table even though I had a reservation. All dishes were quickly served.Would not recommend this place for vegetarians as the taste is not worth for the price.

Excellent food! Atmosphere, food, service - everything 5+. The cuisine is more Israeli than Mediterranean. Perfectly sized portions - not too small, not too big. The main dish from the Shakshuka menu is delicious! When I come back, I plan to order Schnitzel and Fatoush fries! I recommend!Vegetarian options: The menu has a perfect balance between normal and vegetarian food :)

We had a really great evening here - although with the set menu there was so much food we had to get doggy bags!

My second time here, this time for brunch. Excellent food, really just top quality :) I would happily come back and try other stuff on the menu. Everything was absolutely delicious! Can’t go wrong with anything. We got the shakshuka, beet dip and chocolate babka french toast :D in the past I’ve had their shawarma and halloumi and that was delicious too!!

Really cool spot, great music. Very friendly staff, quick service as well. I didn't think one kebob was worth 25 bucks but it was pretty good- cauliflower with Fava beans fire. I loved the golden and red beets the radicchio was more bitter than I'd like. Pita was fresh. The service stood out to me, hard to find a place with good service so I was pleased to be here.

I enjoyed this restaurant's food so much so I was going to introduce the place to my friends. No matter how yummy the food is, who wants this kind of service while paying their money? There are many nice Mediterranean restaurants in NYC. I had never experienced such rude service in my years in New York until today. It's not a problem that he made the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes. Instead of throwing me a piece of paper, he should have given me a proper explanation and apology first. The cashier at this restaurant I met today gave the most terrible service.

Some of the best food I have had in a long time! The food, vibes, and drinks were amazing. You can tell the quality of everything and definitely worth the experience. My only critique was the chicken skewer we ordered! While flavorful the portion was ridiculous for the price. But since everything else was FIRE, I'm still giving it 5 stars. The Fattoush Salad was one of the most amazing things I have ever eaten. Get it and thank me later!
