Quality and selection have diminished as price has modestly increased and the great specials have disappeared. The dim sum was the weakest link actually, though the orange beef was overcooked and almost jerky. The lo mein excellent. Of the dim sum the soup dumplings were the closest to a standout, the chive pockets a serious disappointment. The fried dumplings were good but the tiny fried dumplings and siu mei were shadows of their former selves.
I was really surprised by the quality of the food. I started off with the thai tea which was sweet and the tea flavor was extremely prominent. It was off to a good start already. I ordered the colorful soup dumplings, spicy wontons and truffle shrimp shumai for appetizers. Everything came steamy hot and I loved every bite of it. I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience here! The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. The highlight, of course, was the food. The dumplings and dim sum were phenomenal, especially the soup dumplings, which are a must try. Every dish was fresh, well-prepared, and incredibly satisfying. Would recommend for either a casual dinner or an event with a large group of people.
