Excellent food, probably the best Italian food I've had, however in addition to putting it was a Birthday Celebration on the reservation and ALSO telling our waiter, who said they could accommodate with candles etc, nothing was done when desserts were delivered and they dropped the ball on that. Otherwise, great food and service.
Came here for a pre-show dinner and we were not disappointed. I ordered Chicken Polletto and my husband had the Pollo Parmigiano. Both were cooked perfectly and delicious! The parmigiano came with a side of spaghetti which was al dente with a lovely marinara. the polletto came with vegetables all in a tasty lemon caper sauce. I had also ordered a Capri Crush cocktail which was delicious and a macchiato coffee to finish the meal. My only complaint would be that the drinks were over-priced in my opinion. The cocktail was $18 and the coffee $6.50. For the price I was expecting a larger cup of coffee and what I got was what looked like a tiny cup of espresso which I could finish in one gulp. Overall though, it was a wonderful meal and I would definitely go back.
Nice place for after-show dinner. Staff warm and welcoming. Appetizers good. Mains okay. Prices reasonable
Hood was very good. So was the service. Loved the eggplant parm, the grilled artichoke with burrata, and the chicken parm. The bread and EVOO WAS DELICIOUS. The only problem was the noise level. Too much.
food was very good vermentino wine was excellent service was also very good if i am back in the theatre district again would definitely revisit
We were expecting the brunch menu as shown on the website but there was a standard menu. Perfectly wonderful. Great vegetarian choices as well as hearty meat dishes. All prepared and presented beautifully. The restaurant is much larger than it initially appears but still feels like a local trattoria in Italy. Our waiter was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We had a lovely lunch and hope to return soon.
Great drinks and food. No wait with reservation. Quick, attentive service. Highly recommend.
Extremely loud! Could barely hear my friend. Also I had the salmon with spinach and potatoes which was disappointing. I could not chew the spinach and the salmon was nothing to boast about either.
The most beautiful lemon dessert I have ever seen! It was almost too pretty to eat! Service was lovely and the rest of the meal was wonderful. In and out in time for our show.
Wouldn't seat us outdoors. Tried to seat us in loud area; we asked for a quieter spot (with my 88 YO grandmother) and got seated next to restroom. Asked for linguini - got spaghetti. Not a good experience.

Excellent traditional food and solid service. Perfect spot for a relaxed dinner before a show.
We had a lovely classic Italian dinner with tortellini, clam linguini, spaghetti, pizza, and great wine. Roberto our server was charming and helpful, the location was quiet and historic. Overall, a great value and meal! We highly recommend.
Great food and great service in a very convenient location. Portion sizes were just right, so we could enjoy dessert. Would definitely go again
Hi - unfortunately we didn't order the best entree. The bread and Brussel sprouts were delicious, but the pasta alla Norma was barely edible. It was like it was thrown together and then some grated cheese that wasn't even melted was tossed on top of it. Super disappointing. We looked at other diners and they were having quite a different experience -
