Really expected but as much so is my disappointed. I sat down and being said that be right be with me. That didn't happen. She eventually seems to forgot me so I went to the counter. No apologies were there. And I was very quiet and polite. I don't like being otherwise, but it seems in some places it feels like you can step on or forgotten.
The food was ok, but luck flavorness in my opinion. Like some lemon or olive oil in the salad, more flavor for the falafel...

Silvana remains one of my favorite spots in NYC. It feels like home and the food always makes me happy, from the crispy cauliflower to the salmon salad. Love, love, love the owners, mgmt team and wait staff. Also, the music every night, ending with a DJ, wins! I have been enjoying this spot for the last 10 years now and always bring fam when they are in Harlem.

This is an amazing music venue. Come, drink, dance! The place has really cool and unpretentious vibe. We have not eaten there and they seem to have an interesting menu. However, we watched friends waiting an excruciatingly long time for a food order - the well-meaning kitchen staff seemed totally overwhelmed. This could have been a blip, so see if other reviews support this. Best option seems to be to come very early (before bands come on) to eat or dine elsewhere.
