Good falafel and food in general if you own a condo and can pay 16 dollars for a takeout falafel sandwich that would be $7 at a similar place in Queens. Part of the "priced to keep a certain clientele" corridor. Food is good, but you might as well go to vinateria, it's basically the same price point and has fewer assholes skulking about.
