Wine bar with what I'd consider a Szechuan / Japanese fusion menu. Super thoughtful restaurant. Walked in on a weeknight and were seated immediately. Menu has about fifteen items. What I love about Silver Apricot is the "let the chef decide" option. We didn't have to think about what to order and we were served a bunch of selections from the menu to share, without the decision making. I appreciated that it led to me trying dishes I typically wouldn't order. The wine menu, particularly the natural wines, is very extensive. It seems like they rotate wines which is fun! This is the easiest 5 star review I've ever left. Came here for an anniversary and the staff made it feel incredibly special. The food was divine, environment was great, and service was beyond impeccable. Anything you could want for a celebration or just a nice night out.
