Rude front desk staff, wouldn't give me an itemized receipt and added a 20% gratuity without asking me. I hate when places do this. The prices marked end up being much less than what you actually pay. No staff member came into our room a single time, what the heck am I paying a 20% gratuity for?? Highly recommend places in K town over this spot. Better song selection and service for half the price.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Called at 8:30 and was told I could walk I. For a room. Get there at 8:40 and told to wait an hour for a room. Put down my phone number for a group of 6 and never get a phone call. Come back at 10 and people put down after my phone number on the waitlist are let in and are told that we need to wait an extra 30 to an hour. Horrible and misleading service. Absolutely ruined my Saturday night.

SCAM. Do not come here. This place is fun but a complete scam. They charged us over DOUBLE what we were originally told. When I tried to question the bill they became extremely aggressive and intimidating, essentially not allowing me to leave until they forced me to pay nearly double what it should have cost.
The song selection is pretty limited for 2025. Also some of the songs just don’t work so that makes their song selection feel even worse. They haven’t updated their karaoke machines since the early 2000’s

My friends and I had a great time here but after our time we were charged double the amount that we were told initially. They charged for several hidden fees. Yes the place was so much fun but waking up and seeing the charge that was DOUBLE what we were told was unfortunate.

I went in Saturday night. About 7pm, expecting the typical Saturday wait. But all in all, we weren’t even given a chance to sing after two going on three hours of waiting on a Saturday night. We originally were quoted an hour for a room of 3 for an hour or two of sing time. So we went around in the area to kill time, eventually, I went to check after about an hour and no response, the guy said sometimes people extend and blah blah blah, and to basically give them another ADDITIONAL hour.
Then after the extra hour we gave them I sent my friend and the guy said “So what if you had a reservation? If we didn’t call you, it means we’re not ready. It’ll be ANOTHER hour, and my friend ended up arguing a little about their policies but all in all, he quoted us for ANOTHER hour. And was super rude.. all in all.. they called me ultimately after 3 hours of waiting for a room. Horrible service and we haven’t even set foot in.

This place is a place you MUST be careful. They charge you drinks you didn’t drink if you don’t pay attention and they will take advantage of the fact that you are in a good place with friends. Just be super careful of your card and how much you drink at all times. Establishment is like a shark, not to be trusted. We got robbed about 30 dollars minimum for the drinks we didn’t drink.

Our go-to karaoke! Love that you can sing around the bar (and not have to go on stage) or get a room if you want a more personalized experience. Sound is always good, service is excellent. If you treat the staff well, they will definitely treat you well. #tipyourbartender. We love them and we love Sing Sing!!!!
