I went to Sinigual for dinner with friends on 8/12/25 during restaurant week.. The ambiance was nice and food was great. Our waiter was excellent. I would definitely return for dinner in the future.

We received a warm welcome when we entered the restaurant. Every single staff were amazing to us. All the servers were attentive, had wonderful personalities, they checked on us to make sure everything was fine, even the manager checked in too, they brought the food within good timing, and they were handsome. I really enjoyed the food and will be returning again.

We chose Sinigual for our anniversary dinner while we were in NYC. Everything was great from the menu options to the beverages to the ambi. Our server, Valcy, was friendly & attentive! She brought me some corn tortillas that were warmed in the oven to ensure no gluten cross contact. Our food tasted great. I highly recommend Valcy & Sinigual.

Our waiter Juan was great - attentive and helped me decide between two entrees. I had the salmon and loved it. My companion had a steak dish, she loved it. We split the chocolate creme brulee was very good, neither of us ever had it before.

Can get crowded (and sometimes very loud) during the week, much less so on the weekends. Food is always great, service is very attentive and helpful (especially to people with specific needs: gluten free, dairy free, etc.). We go here very often, which says it all.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. They have the best Mexican food in New York City. I will keep going here over and over and over again.

Fun restaurant with excellent food and courteous service. The only minus is that it can get rather loud, making it somewhat difficult to hear your dining companions and have a conversation. I have been there multiple times, and the food never disappoints. Nice selection of wine and cocktails, too.
