I am very pleased with the service. Food was plentiful in taste. It got crowded; went after work hours. However, seating was spacious, and I enjoyed my date, not feeling overwhelmed. Would definitely patronize again
Last weekend, my mom, my sister, and I took a trip to NYC. We looked up restaurants to eat at and my sister suggested this one because the menu and reviews looked good.We were very happy to have chosen this place. The drinks and food were so delicious and authentic! The staff were very attentive and friendly - one of the best services I've witnessed. The environment was welcoming as well. Our dinner was so delicious, that we went for brunch the next day! Both waiters for our meals were friendly, helpful, and all around awesome - thank you to Christian and Isabel for your wonderful service (as well as the rest of the team).I highly recommend this place for authentic, delicious Mexican food and great staff/atmosphere!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a wonderful dining experience. The food is absolutely delicious. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff—they are friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. The manager Richard, is exceptionally accommodating and attentive, adding a charming touch to the overall experience. I always leave feeling satisfied and eager to return. Highly recommend!

Our server Santiago was amazing, he was always paying attention if we enjoyed the food and if it was up to quality. One of us was having gluten-free food and he made sure all the food eaten was good. Would definitely recommend to come here, prices are really for the portion size!. Planning to come here more often.

My family and I loved our night out at Sinigual. The staff was courteous and attentive. The food was delicious. ?. The fresh guacamole that was made in front of us was amazing. My children love guacamole, and theirs was a winner with all of them. The atmosphere was inviting. The table was clean, and the seating was comfortable. We are going back again.Vegetarian options: It's not a large menu, but you can order the fresh guacamole, Vegetable stir fried fajitas. You can ask for a substitute if you don't want meat.Kid-friendliness: My 12 year old enjoyed herself. She loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. The bathroom was clean. They ran out of lemonade, but she made the ice tea work with a few packs of sugar.
Went on Cinco de Mayo, so the restaurant may have been a bit noisier than usual. But the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent despite how busy it was. Food was excellent, and everyone enjoyed. Drinks were also great. Would definitely come back!
First off I rarely if ever give negative feedback - however this experience was so poor - I felt I had to. First the service was abysmal- we waited to order to receive our food and to pay for an extraordinary amount of time while our waiter chatted up waitress just out side of the dining area - even glancing at us while we stared him down to bring us a check - the food was incredibly bland - not one item had any flavor - no refill of water or chips or offer for any sauces etc. My son and I shared a 4 item selection off the menu and we had to share a plate because we couldn't get the waiter's attention to bring us additional plates. We have eaten in 40 to 50 Mexican restaurants in NYC over the years and this is the worst by far. Food/service and pricing were all just unacceptable
