I think it is a very successful restaurant with its atmosphere and food.
Generous portions and attentive servers. But the food was just ok and some dishes were flavorless.

The service was absolutely awful. We came to celebrate the departure of one of our colleagues, and ended up waiting an hour and a half just for our food (THE FOOD WAS COLD). Only one appetizer and two out of six meals from our group were actually served. Meanwhile, we watched another group who arrived after us get their full order with a much shorter wait time.
What hurt the most was the waiter’s response when we expressed our frustration: “This is not fast food… you can leave if you want.” There was no sense of care or professionalism. We left feeling utterly disgusted and deeply disappointed. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

We visited this restaurant with colleagues and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. After waiting over an hour, only 2 out of the 6 meals we ordered were served. When we politely inquired about the delay, the response from the waitress was surprisingly rude. Instead of an apology, she told us, “This is not a fast food! You can leave if you want.”
To make matters worse, several customers who arrived after us received their meals well before we did. We arrived at 2:15 pm and left at 3:30 pm.
We hope the management takes feedback seriously and addresses these issues. No one should feel unwelcome or disrespected while dining out.
