Love Sistina, Guiseppe's food is invariably great but seriously overcrowded in restaurant week.
Amazing food and the bartender was great. The lady at the front was a bit rude. My date thought he same. The first person you talk to should smile and be welcoming. She was not and my date came late and had the same experience. Still a great time but that front position could be easily corrected. That is the easiest part and really important!
Always a wonderful experience the food is excellent and the service outstanding It's our favorite neighborhood gem!
The food is exceptional. The service is amazing. Pricing is a little steep, but it is worth it for a really special evening. I am listening to the specials which were sprouted off beautifully. We ordered the fish special and a special appetizer and they were delicious. It's well worth the money.
This was one of my favorite UES restaurants, I will not be returning. We were being served by someone that was dressed like a homeless person and service was slow needed to remind them that we ordered drinks.

The recently picked zucchini flower appetizer in the freshly made tomato sauce was tender, delicate and flavorful. Our grilled Nantucket Bay scallops topped with white truffle were prepared to heavenly perfection. We chose a magnum of the 2015 Gaja Sori San Lorenzo as we like the light nebbiolo grapes. This is still our favorite NYC Italian restaurant, 5 star all the way.
great service, very welcoming, accomodating to our many requests, Lovely setting, , good food , but not exceptional. Very expensive.
See you Next time .
Pushy waiters trying to sell more food more drinks who don’t actually care about providing customers good service. We brought my 96
year old mother for a special meal and the waiter really had no interest in speaking slowly or loudly enough for an elderly person- impatient and rude

This is a bit of a discovery. An excellent lunch place. Not far from The Frick and the Met and the Neue Gallery. The food is really top class but you will be paying top dollar. A glass of wine is $25-$30. The main courses at lunch will set you back $30-$50. Appreciate it is expensive but above spot in Manhattan.

Terrible service! I have been going here for the past 10 years couples of times a year.
Today service was horrendous. They placed a brass metal string into my daughter pasta. Not a hair! A metal hair from probably cleaning left over. They gave a new pasta 30’min later. No apologies from manager. Waiter said there is nothing he can do.
Please save your time and go to a bigger and better run restaurant instead of the this neighborhood place. They charge 75-100 per plate. There are plenty of a better run restaurants instead of this place.

A pricey establishment for sure but you get an equal quality. The staff were very attentive throughout our dinner. The food portions were large but also delicious. The staff was also incredibly knowledgeable regarding the dishes. I would highly recommend this place for a date or a celebration. My only complaint, if it can even be called one, was the special list was so long I lost track of it after the 7th dish. (Kudos to the waiter for remembering it all)

We were seated quickly despite not having a reservation on a Friday night in December (I know, I know.) Dinner was superb and the service top notch, especially the sommelier, Nester. Highly recommend.

The food was very good, but the waitress was incredibly rude and classist. I understand the dress code. After walking so much all afternoon, I was starving. The waitress gave us a dirty look, scrutinized us from head to toe, and made us look at the menu to make sure we had the money to pay. It wasn't expensive, but it was unpleasant. My family just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.
