They charged me $9 for fries and $9 for a fried mozzarella grilled cheese which were listed at 6.99 and 3.99. I didn't notice until I left and will be disputing the charge with my card company. If those are their new insane prices they are listed NOWHERE on the menu. Feels like a scam.

I’m only putting 1 star because I’m obligated but I give this place 0 stars specifically because of the night manager (goofy with the glasses)!!! This place was great when it first opened in the upper west side but has become More and more despicable by the day (and now has roaches). This is my first time ever leaving a review in my life but his trifling a** deserves to be put on blast. I have avoided ordering or going to this store at night for months because of this mans constant rudeness and playing with people’s food. Different overpriced charges every time you come. Pls do not support this business this man does not value his customers. Columbia Deli is way better!!!!

Good selection, very friendly during the day... night shift is kinda wierd, expensive overall and they upcharge you a decent amount if you pay with card. Bacon egg and cheese is always disappointing because the bacon is really low quality.

I was on the phone with my pregnant friend and the night time manager was really rude I was actually hurt by the way he was speaking to her do not support this business! She also showed me a cockroach while on FaceTime crawling on the fruit !

Sure the place is open 24 hours but to be honest that's about the only thing great about this place. The service is terrible up until recently almost every person working there is rude to some extent. One of the deli guys literally act like it's inconvenient anytime I come in. I don't know if he only that ay with me or not but it's hard not to take it personally. The only nice cashiers are the ones there overnight same for the cooks. They are grossly over priced and I'm glad the tall guy with the horrible skin to match his horrible attitude doesn't seem to be working there anymore. Kind of makes you wonder if the reason their door is always getting smashed is because of their attitudes. I guess I can give them credit for having great ice..it's like sonic's, and as I said they are open 24 hours. That's literally all they have going for themselves. Oh and lastly, they have a restroom but only allow the MTA to use it, not the people spending money in there WTF is up with that?

Don't bother if the guy with the beard is at the counter. My iced coffee is always 75% ice w him and he overcharged me for 4.50$ look for a more competent deli if you value that.

Horrible bacon egg and cheese, bacon tasted like beef jerky and was chewier than gum
I got egg salad here once and it was reasonably priced and it was good. So good that i stopped in another time to get it again. The second time it was absolutely putrid, and for much more money. $8 for sour old egg salad ... no thanks.

Never follow instructions on the order, or something is missing, when you call to tell them about it they don’t want to hear it and brush you off, if you don’t want the wrong order, better go somewhere else
