I have ordered from the Upper East Side restaurant many times and was satisfied. I just ordered at this location and they delayed my order for 2 hours before canceling it. I will never order from here again and will steer my friends away when asked. Do not recommend ordering for delivery as they are untrustworthy.

After living in NYC for 42 years I can honestly say this restaurant is the best. I always have such a pleasant experience on the phone when ordering takeout. The person is always so warm and sweet. The food arrives fairly quick and the food is always good. I’ve had Chinese restaurants where they yell on the phone and are so rude. Not this place. When the people are so nice, it makes you want to only buy from them and support their business. Highly recommend!

Food is not good. The sesame chicken had a weird consistency, not sure if the chicken was old or just very poor quality. Egg roll had a strange taste to it as well. Very disappointing, will not be back.
Terrible food…. Stay away! Threw out most of it. Over-cooked, salty, stale soup noodles, close to the worst takeout I have ever had.

I ordered (lunch special) general tso chicken with vegetable fried rice. The rice was absolutely delicious ? however the chicken was mediocre. Lunch special comes with a soup or egg roll and drink.

Usually good, but today they brought me an incorrect order after a 45+ min wait. (They are 3 blocks away and i wanted this delivered to my job). When the order arrived, the delivery person demanded back the original order. I thought this was weird, asking to take back the food that had ALREADY been delivered for a half hour.. then to make matters worse there was a small METAL item in my food that scratched the roof of my mouth… the delivery guys always curse you out and yell at you if you fail to give them a “good enough” tip. Disappointing..
